Warning: This post contains SPOILERS for She-Hulk episode 3!

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 3 teases a mystery villain thanks to the Wrecking Crew's boss. For all the excitement She-Hulk has received for bringing back familiar characters, it is also responsible for introducing new heroes and villains to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This notably includes Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters in the lead and Jameela Jamil's villain Titania, but the series is also bringing some obscure comic characters to life. This includes She-Hulk episode 3 introducing the Wrecking Crew and having Jennifer easily defeat them.

The Wrecking Crew are reimagined for the MCU in She-Hulk as a group powered by Asgardian construction weapons. The update keeps them close to the comics in the sense of each have powers tied to construction and demolition tools. She-Hulk's Wrecking Crew is not directly named, but the "W" logos on their shirts, the weapons, and one of them being named Thunderball make Marvel's intention clear. That means that the other three men who attempt to fight She-Hulk and seemingly steal some of her DNA are surely Wrecker, Piledriver, and Bulldozer.

She-Hulk easily defeating the Wrecking Crew is not a surprise, but She-Hulk episode 3 did tease a twist with the team. After they fail to get some of She-Hulk's DNA, it is mentioned that the Wrecker Crew's boss will not be happy to learn that they failed. She-Hulk episode 3 does not provide any more context for whom the mystery villain is or what they could want with Jennifer Walters' blood (although creating more Hulks does seem like the obvious endgame). That leaves room for plenty of theories about who She-Hulk's Wrecking Crew leader is.

Titania

Jameela Jamil as Titania in She-Hulk

Titania could be the Wrecking Crew's mystery boss in She-Hulk. The show has yet to really show off Titania's rivalry with Jennifer Walters, but the super-powered social media influencer would certainly have a vendetta against She-Hulk after their courtroom fight. It would not be too surprising if Titania used her social media reach and potential fans to try and learn more about She-Hulk's strengths and weaknesses. She might even want to get some of She-Hulk's DNA to turn herself into a Hulk. Titania being the Wrecking Crew's leader and ordering them to attack She-Hulk is one way to do just that while keeping her connections to the villains a secret.

Kingpin

There is an outside shot that Kingpin could be the Wrecking Crew's boss in She-Hulk. Now that Marvel brought Vincent D'Onofrio back as Wilson Fisk in Hawkeye, there are big plans for the character. His new ambitions are not yet known, but the New York crime boss could possibly have extended his reach to Los Angeles. With She-Hulk possibly viewed as a legal and super-powered threat to his plans, Kingpin hiring the Wrecking Crew is plausible. Connecting Kingpin to the show's story in this way could even be explain Daredevil's return in She-Hulk. Whether Wilson Fisk appears in She-Hulk is unknown, but his multiple upcoming appearances make it possible.

Valentina

Marvel might also reveal that the Wrecking Crew's leader in She-Hulk is none other than Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine. Her appearances in Phase 4 have firmly established a desire to assemble her own super team, which looks to be the Thunderbolts based on Marvel's Phase 5 announcements. After recruiting Yelena Belova and John Walker, Valentina might realize that finding her version of Hulk is quite difficult. Knowing that they could eventually fight She-Hulk, hiring the Wrecking Crew to test her abilities and try and get a DNA sample would not be surprising. If the latter was successful, Val could be able to create a new Hulk for the Thunderbolts. Valentina being She-Hulk's Wrecking Crew boss would also help further establish her as a looming threat with big plans.

The Leader

What Happened To The Leader After Incredible Hulk SR

A fun surprise that She-Hulk could deliver with its Wrecking Crew boss mystery is that it is The Leader from The Incredible Hulk. Tim Blake Nelson's Samuel Sterns has not been seen since the 2008 movie, and She-Hulk episode 1 indicates that he might have died due to Bruce Banner's gamma blood. However, The Leader is a genius and would be an understandable candidate to have a strong interest in She-Hulk's DNA. The show could even give Sterns his Leader nickname as a result of being the secret Wrecking Crew leader. Marvel could even turn him into a major villain after clarifying what happened to The Leader after The Incredible Hulk.

A New She-Hulk Character

Of course, the answer to who is She-Hulk's Wrecking Crew boss might be someone that viewers have not yet met in the series or the MCU at large. It is known that the show will introduce a variety of obscure Marvel characters in future episodes, so any of them could possibly fill this position. Marvel's Disney+ shows have a bad tendency to save the "true villain" reveal until later on anyway, so She-Hulk: Attorney At Law might let the mystery about Wrecking Crew's leader linger for several more episodes.
