With a new She-Hulk trailer showing at Comic-Con, MCU fans on Reddit have begun to reignite discussions about which existing characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe could appear in its latest installment.

It's already been confirmed by the trailers and announcements that Bruce Banner, Wong, and Abomination will be making appearances in She-Hulkbut apart from that, any other cameos or guest appearances would be complete surprises - but more than welcome.

Helen Cho

Age-of-Ultron-Helen-Cho

Her name might not be familiar to casual MCU fans, but Helen Cho was an important character in Age of Ultron who has a much larger and noteworthy role in the Hulk comics. She is originally the mother of Amadeus Cho, one of the few individuals to display the same powers as Bruce Banner.

Reddit user relationshipsafe3004 thinks that Helen is one of the most likely comic characters to return in She-Hulk, writing: "I think Helen Cho from Age of Ultron will return, people tend to forget she is a Hulk character [in the comics]."

Doctor Strange

Strange looks concerned in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

Although he doesn't have any direct ties to Hulk or She-Hulk, there's still a possibility that Doctor Strange could make a brief appearance in She-Hulk. He's always been a huge help for the street-level heroes in the comics, so perhaps he could swoop in to save the day here too.

Strange and Banner are obviously linked by the Avengers, so they'll definitely know each other, and could call on each other to help. It's for this reason that Reddit user lleweylill32 writes: "Somehow, if Doctor Strange shows up I'm [not going to be] surprised."

Leonard Samson

Doc Samson in The Incredible Hulk

Despite only being a minor character in The Incredible HulkLeonard Samson is seemingly one of the most likely culprits to return in She-Hulk. He might not be as powerful or iconic as some of the superheroes on this list, but he does have unfinished business with Banner that could be fun to explore.

Redditor psychtowhatijustsaid names "Doc Samson from The Incredible Hulk" as one of the most likely MCU characters to make a reappearance in She-Hulk. The only thing that makes this slightly less possible is the fact that many audiences probably wouldn't remember the character - but the show could definitely do a quick recap to ensure they do.

Rocket Raccoon

Rocket Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Rocket Raccoon would be a surprising addition to the cast of She-Hulk, but definitely a welcome one. It might initially seem like he wouldn't fit into this 'human' world, but as Reddit user baneken points out, "Rocket's only comic appearance (not a cameo) in the '90s was in the four issues of She-Hulk."

For this reason, it's definitely possible that Rocket makes an appearance in the show. Of course, audiences have just seen Rocket in Thor: Love and Thunderbut it certainly wouldn't be the first time that an MCU character has made two back-to-back appearances.

Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones investigates a crime in New York City

Although she technically hasn't appeared in the MCU yet, many Reddit users are speculating that Jessica Jones could make an appearance in She-Hulk. It makes complete sense since the two are both superhero lawyers with ties to the Avengers in the comics.

The MCU is beginning to introduce plenty of characters from the Netflix shows (of which Jessica Jones is one), so it doesn't seem too far-fetched to assume she could appear here. Redditor samantha_cruz agrees, arguing that "Jessica certainly needs to start hanging out with better lawyers."

Kilgrave

Kilgrave lurking in Jessica Jones

If Jessica Jones does appear in She-Hulk, there's definitely a chance that Kilgrave could come along with her. He was one of the most interesting villains in Netflix's Jessica Jones, and many fans even consider him to be one of the MCU's best villains ever.

Reddit user throwupmyhands agrees that Kilgrave was "so good" in Jessica Jones, going on to note that he was "Probably the only antagonist that, for me, felt truly impossible to beat." The trailers have already shown that Walters will be the lawyer for some superpowered individuals, so perhaps Kilgrave could be one of these.

Samuel Sterns

Dr. Samuel Sterns holding a chemical in The Incredible Hulk.

Another character that may have been forgotten by many audiences, Samuel Sterns played a big role in The Incredible Hulk as one of the scientists responsible for transforming Emil Blonsky into the Abomination. His storyline has been left fairly open all these years, so it would definitely be easy to bring him back.

Redditor puncharoo writes that "If Samuel Sterns DOESN'T show up in She-Hulk, I will be very angry." Many Marvel fans consider Samuel Sterns to be one of the best characters from the Hulk comics, so it's no surprise that so many people want him back.

Thaddeus Ross

Thaddeus Ross in Captain America Civil War

Thaddeus Ross was one of the main antagonists of The Incredible Hulk, and he's one of the few characters from that film to continue into the wider MCU. He also acted as one of the driving conflicts in Captain America: Civil Warso it's totally possible that he'll turn up again to cause trouble in She-Hulk.

Reddit user chicolane included Thaddeus Ross on their list of "characters that might show up in She-Hulk," which also includes several other non-MCU characters that have ties to Hulk in the comics. Thaddeus Ross is certainly a strong possibility to appear in She-Hulk, though it would likely only be a cameo since actor William Hurt recently passed away. There's a chance he could show up through archived footage or something like that.

Matt Murdock

Matt Murdock in Daredevil

After Matt Murdock's long-awaited transition to the MCU in Spider-Man: No Way Homeit seems extremely likely that the character will continue to appear in future projects. She-Hulk seems like a perfectly suitable place for his next appearance, considering his profession as a lawyer and his dynamic with Jennifer Walters in the comics.

Redditor alexandrite1234 has a clear idea for how Murdock could be involved in the She-Hulk show: "There was a comic book storyline where She-Hulk had to defend Steve Rogers, who was being accused of committing a murder in the 40s, and Daredevil was the lawyer for the person accusing him. They could adapt this storyline for Disney+." It seems obvious that he will appear given the tease at the end of the Comic-Con trailer.

Betty Ross

The return of Betty Ross would be a huge surprise, most notably because she hasn't been seen in the MCU since The Incredible Hulk in 2008. If it weren't for the confirmed return of Abomination (who also hasn't been seen since then, barring a brief cameo in Shang-Chi), many fans would think it was impossible.

Betty Ross played a huge role in Hulk's origin story, although she quickly disappeared from his life once he became superpowered. Seeing her return and interact with Bruce again (even if it isn't Norton's version of the character) would be extremely interesting. Redditor dbslayer says: "the [character] I'm hoping for the most is Liv Tyler returning."
