Warning! Spoilers ahead for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 7.

The She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 7 twist ending looks set to have significant consequences for Jennifer Walters going forward. While Jen spends the majority of this episode growing and truly reconciling with her newer, greener half, the end of the episode reveals why the new guy in She-Hulk's life (named Josh) decided to ghost her. As a result, dark forces now have She-Hulk's gamma-irradiated blood, something Bruce Banner's Smart Hulk adamantly said couldn't happen.

Having previously met Josh at her friend's wedding, She-Hulk episode 7 sees Jen and Josh going out on a series of fun dates before eventually spending the night together at Jennifer's place. However, She-Hulk never heard back from Josh in the following days and became obsessed with her phone, hoping she would get a text back from the one person who seemed to appreciate Jennifer Walters more than her new alter ego as She-Hulk. However, it's eventually revealed to audiences that it was all an act, allowing Josh to get close to her and steal her blood while she was asleep.

Although the bulk of this new episode of She-Hulk focuses on Jennifer finding a new source of inner peace while visiting Abomination's wellness retreat, it becomes evident by the episode's end that She-Hulk is unknowingly in a great amount of danger. Likewise, the man she learns to let go of is far more dangerous than she currently knows, seeing as how he's an agent of the same group that's been trying to obtain her blood the entire season. Here's who Josh is working for, what the season's secret villain wants with Jennifer's blood, as well as the possibility of a new Hulk debuting in the MCU.

Who Josh Is Working ForShe-Hulk’s and the Leader's Intelligencia in the MCU

In the She-Hulk episode 7 ending, the final scene flashes back to the night when Josh slept over. Not only did he copy the contents of her phone onto his own, but he also took a picture of her sleeping. Josh then sends a series of emojis to HulkKing confirming that he successfully stole She-Hulk's blood. HulkKing is the same user moderating the Cancel She-Hulk page on the Intelligencia website as seen in She-Hulk episode 6. As a result, it's become tragically clear that Josh has been working for HulkKing the entire time ever since he met Jen at the wedding (whoever HulkKing might be in real life).

What She-Hulk’s Villain Will Do With Her Blood

Josh Stealing She-Hulk's Blood

Considering this mysterious villain's username and their connection to Intelligencia, it's very likely that this new foe wants to get She-Hulk's blood to either become a new Hulk in the MCU or create one they can potentially control (such as the Red Hulk from the comics). As such, the odds are strong that the person behind the HulkKing username is either Samuel Sterns (aka The Leader) or Titania. Having been confirmed as the villain for Captain America: New World Order, it wouldn't be surprising if She-Hulk was laying the groundwork for the Leader's MCU return. Gaining a supergenius intellect after his brain was exposed to Banner's blood in The Incredible Hulk, the Leader and HulkKing could very well be the same person.

That being said, Jameela Jamil's Titania has proven herself to be very jealous of She-Hulk and her power which have been stealing her spotlight as a social media influencer. Perhaps she wants to become a Hulk herself in the MCU to get said attention back. Either way, Jennifer Walters' blood has undoubtedly fallen into the wrong hands after the She-Hulk episode 7 and its twist ending.

How Powerful She-Hulk’s New Hulk Will Be

Intelligencia Lab In She-Hulk Episode 6

In the comics, Intelligencia was responsible for the creation of the Red Hulk in the Marvel Universe. As such, a similar event could be happening in the MCU now that HulkKing has a sample of Jennifer's gamma blood thanks to Josh. All that would be needed would be a test subject, though it will probably need to be someone with the same unique genetic markers held by Jennifer and Bruce which allowed them to uniquely process the gamma radiation without dying. That being said, perhaps the lab working for HulkKing seen at the end of She-Hulk episode 6 will find a means to replicate those same genetic components, allowing anyone they wish to become a Hulk in the process. As such, it's a very dangerous power to have in the MCU, one that Banner actively tried to prevent both with his own blood in The Incredible Hulk and with Jennifer's in She-Hulk's premiere.

It stands to reason that anyone who takes a theoretical serum developed by HulkKing and his Intelligencia contacts will become just as powerful as Bruce Banner's Hulk or Jennifer Walter's She-Hulk (if not stronger). For example, Titania is already quite strong with superpowers of her own. If she were to become a Hulk on top of the abilities she already has, the social media supervillain could become an even greater force to be reckoned with in the episodes to come. Although the heartbreaking truth about Josh has yet to be revealed to Jennifer Walters herself, it's become very likely that she's about to have her hands pretty full with new gamma-powered threats as She-Hulk: Attorney at Law reaches its final episodes.
