A new clip from She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 5 shows She-Hulk battling Titania in court. Marvel's latest Disney+ show stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, a lawyer and the cousin of Bruce Banner who suddenly gets Hulk powers after a car accident. The 30-minute legal comedy has earned positive reviews over the course of its first four episodes released on Disney's streaming service. In addition to major Marvel Cinematic Universe reveals for Captain America and others, She-Hulk has also featured appearances from Smart Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Wong (Benedict Wong), and Abomination (Tim Roth).
The first four episodes of She-Hulk have focused on different legal cases that Jennifer Walters gets involved in as the head of GLK&H's Superhuman Law Division. However, She-Hulk episode 4's ending revealed that Jennifer Walters is now going to be on trial. Super-powered influencer Titania (Jameela Jamil) sued Jennifer for infringing upon the She-Hulk copyright she claimed years before. The scene set up another conflict between She-Hulk and Titania in court, although this time it would be a legal fight instead of the physical battle that took place between them in She-Hulk episode 1.
Marvel Studios has shared the first official clip from She-Hulk episode 5 ahead of the episode's debut on Disney+. The video shows She-Hulk and Titania in court for the legal trial, with Jennifer Walters represented by GLK&H lawyer Mallory Book (Renée Elise Goldsberry), known as "The face who's never lost a case" in the comics. The She-Hulk episode 5 clip shows Mallory arguing against Titania's lawsuit, which includes calling the super-powered influencer a "sham."
This is the longest look yet audiences have received of Hamilton star Goldsberry in She-Hulk. She briefly appeared in episode 3, but her screen time was only for a few seconds. It appears that viewers will get to see much more of Mallory Book in She-Hulk episode 5 as she defends Jennifer in court. The clip also happens to be one of the best showings of Jameela Jamil's Titania. She has not been seen outside the end of She-Hulk episode 1 and some fun social media posts.
The clip does seemingly debunk one popular fan theory that Daredevil would be in She-Hulk episode 5. Audiences are eager to see Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock again, and he is starting to be featured more in the marketing materials. The theory that Matt Murdock could be She-Hulk's lawyer in the Titania trial no longer seems to be possible, meaning there will have to be another reason for Daredevil to enter the story. Instead of seeing more of Cox in the MCU, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 5 will give Goldsberry and Jamil more time in the spotlight.
