Warning: This post contains SPOILERS for She-Hulk episode 4!

Marvel sets up Daredevil's appearance in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law thanks to Titania's actions in episode 4. Years after Netflix canceled Daredevil, Marvel Studios finally brought Charlie Cox back as Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The move signaled that he would become a significant part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future, as made evident with the confirmation of the various MCU shows Daredevil will be in. She-Hulk is part of Marvel's massive Daredevil plans, and his presence in the Disney+ series is among the most highly anticipated moments that have yet to happen.

All the attention focused on when Daredevil will appear in She-Hulk came as the show was busy featuring various other Marvel characters. Viewers have seen Smart Hulk, Abomination, and Wong return so far. There have also been the MCU debuts of notable comic characters, such as Titania. She-Hulk episode 4 marks another instance where audiences failed to see Charlie Cox's Daredevil back on the screen. It is possible, though, that the end of She-Hulk episode 4 set up Daredevil's debut after Titania sued Jennifer Walters.

Daredevil's role in She-Hulk is confirmed, but how he factors into the story is so far a mystery. Marvel might now have set up Matt Murdock's introduction in Jennifer Walters' life thanks to her upcoming legal case. Whether he is responsible for representing Titania or She-Hulk, it could make sense for the very talented lawyer to become part of this case. Matt Murdock might not be as high profile of a lawyer as She-Hulk or anyone at GLK&H, but superhero law is likely to be of special interest to Daredevil and explain how he gets involved in She-Hulk's story.

Will Daredevil Be In She-Hulk Episode 5?

Based on the tease in episode 4, there is a good chance that Daredevil will appear in She-Hulk episode 5. The show has now seemingly set up what could be the big legal case that Jennifer Walters deals with going forward. It is widely expected that Matt Murdock will enter She-Hulk's narrative through legal events, so having the two of them unite in the courtroom or be forced to go against each other would be entertaining. GLK&H has plenty of lawyers who could help represent Jennifer, but since she is the head of the Superhuman Law Division, she might have some extra pull to bring in someone like Matt if she thinks he is better equipped to defend her.

There is also the matter of She-Hulk season 1's remaining episodes quickly dwindling to support the idea that Daredevil will appear in episode 5. If he has a multi-episode arc in the show, it would be best for Matt to appear soon. The longer Marvel waits to introduce Daredevil, the less time the show will have to focus on She-Hulk alone after he leaves. She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 4 sets up the possible reason why Daredevil will return, but now it could be episode 5 that finally brings him back.
