She-Hulk: Attorney at Law director, Kat Coiro, recently revealed that there will be more Captain America references to come in the show. The latest MCU series to hit Disney+ stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, a defense attorney who has been hired to represent superhumans in a court of law. She is joined by Mark Ruffalo who has reprised his role as Bruce Banner/Hulk, Walters' cousin who helps guide her through her newfound powers and inevitable fame.

In She-Hulk episode 1's flashback sequence, which details how Walters acquired her ability to transform into a Hulk, she probes Banner about Captain America's virginity. Walters wondered -- as had many MCU fans -- if Steve Rogers ever had sex prior to his "death" due his well-publicized involvement in multiple near-world ending conflicts while never engaging in any public relationships. In the episode's mid-credits sequence, Banner reveals that Rogers did lose his virginity on a USO tour prior to joining combat in 1943. To this news, Walters humorously exclaims, "Captain America fu --!" This won't be the last She-Hulk audiences hear of Rogers.

In a recent interview with Total Film, Coiro confirmed that there will be more references to Captain America and his assumed virginity later in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The director explained that the show's writers were cognizant of MCU fan gossip on social media and decided to address at least one regarding Rogers' sex life in the series. Read what Coiro had to say below.

"It's something that comes back, that's all I'll say. One thing I love about Marvel is that everyone involved really listens to the fans, and takes in their wishes and desires. I think it's what makes the MCU so strong."

"The writers definitely had their fingers on the pulse about what people were talking about online, and we were able to address all that because the show has that fourth wall-breaking element. The show is very meta and conscious of what's going out into the world regarding the MCU, so that's a direct reflection of the writers' involvement with the internet."

Although Walters received a definite answer regarding Rogers virginity question, the new information may have just sparked even more questions regarding the woman Rogers was with back then or if he had multiple partners. If the question crossed Walters' mind then other characters in the show may also bring up the topic as well. How the remainder of the series will touch on the topic remains to be seen, but based on audience reactions to She-Hulk episode 1's revelations, it's sure to be a point of interest for viewers and will likely be a source of comedy.

Due to the meta nature of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, it is understandable that the series would address the various discussions of the fervent MCU fan base. Other than Rogers' sexual history, the show also referenced a common question regarding why Banner's shorts never tear all the way through when he Hulks out. He reveals that Spandex is a Hulk's best friend. It remains to be seen what other unique topics She-Hulk: Attorney At Law may address and how Captain America's virginity discussion is still on the table.
