According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Mike was arrested for alleged "intimate partner violence with injury" after West Valley officers responded to a call of "unknown" trouble at about 10 p.m. local time. An LAPD public information officer confirmed that Mike's charge is equivalent to domestic violence.
According to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department court records, shortly after the Bravolebrity's arrest, he was booked around 1:05 a.m. local time on March 28. Per the sheriff's department, he was also charged with alleged corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, which is also a felony. The reality star faced a bond of $50,000 but was later released after making the required payment. However, his release is only temporary as he is due back in court on July 25.
