Selling Sunset fans are anxiously awaiting seasons four and five after a year-long wait. Season three aired during the middle of the pandemic while The Oppenheim Group agents were enjoying a break from filming. Since their return to filming, two newcomers have joined the group that will help add to the dynamic among the in-office feuds.

Christine Quinn ended season three as a newlywed who wasn't on the best terms with Mary Fitzgerald and Chrishell Stause despite their attendance at her nuptials. Chrishell managed to put her pride and emotions to the side and support Christine at her wedding despite going through her public divorce from This is Us star, Justin Hartley. Meanwhile, Mary and her husband Romain Bonnet were still in newlywed bliss while dealing with the negative gossip about their relationship. Christine's outspokenness has often rubbed the other ladies the wrong way. But with her welcoming a baby recently, maybe her entering motherhood might help ease the tension.

If the new baby doesn't help, the two new cast members will. Over the week, Netflix confirmed that Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan have joined the show for seasons four and five, Us Weekly reports. Like Chrishell, Vanessa worked as an actress before making a career transition into real estate. The award-winning Mexican-American actress has starred in films like El Señor de los Cielos and Una Maid en Manhattan. She credits her transition into real estate as being “a very personal, spiritual, and emotional journey." Also working as a swimwear designer, Vanessa "decided to start a new chapter in her life and is ready to find her way in the competitive LA real estate market," Netflix says.

Emma is a Boston native and former model turned businesswoman who works as the CEO of her food company Emma-Leigh & Co. After building a hearty financial portfolio, Emma became an angel investor and purchased a few investment properties, which led her to real estate. Netflix described Emma as “a self-made multi-millionaire, with big real estate clients and an even bigger heart.” From her description, it looks like Emma could either give Christine a run for her money or team up in putting the pressure on the other agents. The new mom recently admitted to "co-existing" in the office with Chrishell, while the Dancing With The Stars alum said they were just "colleagues."

With Vanessa and Emma walking into an already tense work environment, fans will be watching to see if they pick a side or help bring the peace. Last season, Mary defended herself against Christine's claims of being Jason Oppenheim's favorite agent at the office. While Jason does a good job at staying out of the workplace drama, he's often called out for the former romantic relationship he once shared with Mary. Hopefully, Vanessa and Emma can be the voice of reason the Selling Sunset ladies need to be friends again.
