Netflix's hit reality series Selling Sunset is expanding to the city of Tampa, Florida, and here's everything to know about the new spin-off. While promoting Selling Sunset season 4, Netflix included a teaser to the upcoming Selling Tampa series. The new trailer shows Jason Oppenheim tossing a key into the air that is caught by Sharelle Rosado, the leader of Tampa's Allure Realty. Now, fans are set to be introduced to an all-Black, all-female cast of real estate agents.

For fans of the series looking to see the cameras following real estate agents in other hot spots across the country, Netflix has you covered. A new, culturally diverse rendition of the popular real estate-based reality show is coming to the city of Tampa. The current series follows the agents within The Oppenheim Group. The company is formally owned by twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim and is now solely operated by Jason. The West Hollywood-based firm has sold homes to the rich, famous, and wealthy all while maintaining professionalism despite their in-office drama.

The formula for the show can be tried and tested in other cities, and that's what Netflix has been working on. While some fans have wondered if Selling Sunset would add more diversity to its cast, Netflix opted to launch a show with an all-Black, female-run agency. The streaming platform teased the new spin-off in the Selling Sunset trailer released ahead of the season 4 premiere. "Fresh Market Fresh Attitude," the Selling Tampa promo poster captured by People reads. The agents are dressed in all pink and tease their drive and determination for success through their poses. Sharelle is the Jason of the new show as the founder of Allure Realty. The real estate maven is also expecting her first child with her fiancé, former NFL player Chad Johnson.

Sharelle's agency is credited with standing out within the popular Florida city. "This all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast," Netflix said in a show teaser. "These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate." Showrunner, Adam DiVello will executive produce the new reality series, along with Selling Sunset and the newest upcoming spin-off, Selling OC. In addition to Sherelle, Selling Tampa will follow the career and lives of Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier, and Tennille Moore.

Sharelle is determined to make Allure Realty a leader in real estate within the Tampa market. The successful businesswoman is so tunnel-visioned she "won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality," Netflix states. Selling Tampa is set to premiere on December 15 and will give viewers enough time to fall in love with the new series ahead of the third spin-off. Now, it looks like the Oppenheim Group will have some competition when it comes to maintaining their fanbase. Good thing Jason is expanding to Orange County and bringing the cameras with him.
