When Chrishell first joined the Netflix reality series, she and Justin were still in their newlywed phase as they had only been married a year. While Justin never appeared on the show, Chrishell always spoke very highly of her then-husband. After only two years of marriage, however, Justin surprised Chrishell by asking for a divorce over a text message.
The reality star was left in shock and was unable to come into work for several weeks after the divorce went public. Luckily, she had the support of the Oppenheim Group and was able to return to work at her own pace. A year after the divorce was announced, Chrishell began a relationship with Dancing With The Star professional Keo Motsepe. Alas, the couple didn't last long and broke up three months later. The reality star then moved on from that relationship and is now dating her boss Jason Oppenheim. In turn, Justin has also moved on with Sofia Pernas, who he married in May 2021.

Now that it's been more than two years since the divorce, the relator is finally in a good place in her life. During a conversation with costars Mary Fitzgerald and Heather Rae Young, the reality star admitted she's "never been in a better place in my career" and had "no anger left" towards Justin following their 2019 divorce. Chrishell realized her relationship with Justin wasn't as perfect as she once thought it was. While she is sad about how their relationship ended, Chrishell, who is now dating Jason, was publicly humiliated by Justin and now knows that particular relationship wasn't right for her. As for his new relationship with Sofia, the 40-year-old wishes them the best. In fact, knowing that they married so quickly gave Chrishell some closure.
