The success of Selling Sunset has seemingly convinced Netflix to launch another glamorous real estate reality television show, as the streaming giant has reportedly ordered a spin-off set to take place in Orange County. Selling Sunset debuted on Netflix in 2019, and the fourth season of the popular reality TV show is set to be released on the platform on November 24.

Following the lives of glamorous real estate agents working at The Oppenheim Group, Selling Sunset showcases the hustle of life as a real estate agent in one of the busiest and most affluent areas in the country, Los Angeles. Amid dramatic feuds and budding romances, the glamorous cast and hardworking Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett, have helped create producer Adam DiVello's vision into a successful show, which provides viewers with plenty of entertainment. And it seems that Netflix is looking to capitalize on that by launching a spin-off.

According to Variety, the spin-off will be called Selling The OC and will follow Jason Oppenheim as he navigates the opening of a second office for The Oppenheim Group in Newport Beach. Filming for the show is reportedly already underway, and the show could be released on Netflix as early as 2022. Variety reported that the show will feature Jason and a cast of real estate agents, including Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall, among others. It's unclear as of yet whether any of the current Selling Sunset cast will make the transition over to Selling The OC. Rumors suggested Heather Young El-Moussa, wife of Flip or Flop star Tarek El-Moussa, would be moving over to Selling The OC. However, Variety noted that won't be the case after all.

This isn't the only spin-off of the popular Netflix show set to hit the streaming platform. Selling Tampa is reportedly also in production. The show will focus on a South Florida real-estate agency, Allure Realty, which is run exclusively by Black women. As much as the show is about real estate, fans are equally intrigued by the relationships between cast members, whether it be romantic or merely the dramatic friendships and cliques that exist within the workplace. As a result, though not directly tied to Selling Sunset, Heather and Tarek revealed an upcoming special highlighting their wedding.

Considering how crazy things can get at the Los Angeles office, Netflix's decision to create a spin-off of Selling Sunset seems like a no-brainer. The properties on display on the upcoming Selling The OC are bound to be elegant, and Adam will be looking to find a cast to compete with the drama that is constantly on display under the roof of The Oppenheim Group.
