Netflix finally released the trailer for Selling Sunset season 4. Having first premiered in 2019, Selling Sunset captivated audiences on the streaming service with its extraordinary homes and shocking workplace drama. Focusing on the lives of the agents at The Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles, the series has managed to balance healthy exposure to the world of real estate as well as a close look at the relationships within the office.

Since season 3, the agents have brought the drama, including Heather Young's divisive wedding and the office challenging Christine Quinn's dominance in the office. With unresolved arguments between Chrishell Stause and Christine and all the tension in the office, season 4 promises to be just as interesting as the previous ones.

The Selling Sunset season 4 trailer revealed a number of major plotlines that will take the forefront of season 4, including new agents coming in to stir the pot. Based on the trailer, one of the biggest conflicts continues to surround a pregnant Christine and her resentment for one of the newest members of the Oppenheim Group, Emma Hernan, who she finds out used to date her ex. While Christine is used to having free reign at the office, the trailer teased Emma moving up in the office, even possibly "taking Christine's desk." Mary Fitzgerald and newcomer Vanessa Villela Are also seen in a heated argument, the two clearly at odds. With more division than ever between the staff, both old a new, Amanza Smith emphasized that the staff is "dysfunctional," yet still "family."

Even with a fresh set of agents a new trajectory for the office, Christine continues to thrive on drama. Once targeting Chrishell, she now has bad blood with Emma, her newest rival at The Oppenheim Group. And in a shocking turn of events, Mary involves herself in the drama of the series after distancing herself last season. While new members of the group have always faced difficulties assimilating into the office culture, Vanessa and Emma appear to be disrupting the atmosphere more than ever. Bring it on, ladies.

While season 4 won't cover a number of pressing topics, such as Jason and Chrishell's relationship, it looks like there will be more than enough to talk about and fight over in the office. With Christine questioning her place at the Oppenheim Group and the newest members of the group going above and beyond their fellow agents, Selling Sunset season 4 will likely not disappoint.
