Much like previous seasons of the show, Christine plays a big part in the drama. While she doesn't account for all of it, most of the most dramatic conversations in the show trace back to Christine in some form or fashion. Relive some of the hottest tea and most uncomfortable confrontations from Selling Sunset season 5.

When Brett Felt Left Out

"It's Been 45 Minutes Of Us Just Sitting By Ourselves. ... We're Sitting Right F---ing There."

The Greece trip was absolutely breathtaking to see, as if the gorgeous LA houses and gorgeous fashions don't bring enough beauty to viewers' screens. It made for an interesting kick off to the season too.

With Jason and Chrishell's relationship being celebrated during the trip, Brett's feathers were ruffled in time when he felt he and his girlfriend Tina were being ignored and not considered in the conversation about great couples. The rest of the group seems to feel like it was on them for not joining in the conversation. No matter who caused it, the interaction gets incredibly heated.

Christine And Heather Butt Heads

Christine: "I'm Gonna Need You To Chill Out, First Of All."

Heather: "Don't Talk To Me Like That."

Heather Young Interviewed On Selling Sunset Season 4

After her bridal shower that Christine sent the massive flower arrangement to, Heather decides to sit down with Christine to clear the air, and it doesn't go entirely smoothly.

Christine shows up late which rubs Heather the wrong way and gets them started off on a bad note, and clearly Christine thinks Heather is overreacting. She snaps at her causing Heather to snap back. They don't seem to get very far in the conversation, likely because it was off to a dramatic start from the jump.

Chelsea Beginning With Shade

"The Infamous Chrishell..."

While trying to greet her and insist that she is neutral and wants to make her own individual assessments and judgements, this is how Chelsea greets Chrishell with this her very first time meeting her, at least as far as viewers see.

This is an incredibly aggressive way to greet someone, especially for someone who insists she as neutral like Chelsea. Infamous is not a neutral word, so it naturally puts Chrishell on the defensive, which Chelsea questions her for later. Social media implies the two are now friends, but what a dramatic start this was.

Amanza Being Vague

"Now I See Exactly What Everyone Else Has Been Telling Me"

Amanza likes to pride herself on being a neutral person in the group, and she does seem to have a way of staying on good terms with most everyone overall, but she is the one who instigated the fight at Christine and Chelsea's event.

After confronting Christine about a text exchange, they get into an argument, and then Amanza says this line. It's a vague and dramatic statement. Even though the audience and Christine herself know the other events and comments Amanza is referring to, it is still a perplexing comment about what "everyone else" has been saying.

Boss Lady Mary

"As Your Boss, I'm Telling You To Cut The S---."

Work dynamics are different everywhere, but this is a strange line from Mary this season. As she navigates her new role as the boss, she has to deal with some of the issues that are bothering everyone.

There are many discussions on Selling Sunset about professionalism and when drama is and is not acceptable. Viewers can debate whether this line is professional or not, and one's opinion on that score likely depends on how they feel about profanity. It might not be how everyone would word it, but Mary's tone conveys that she means business.

Frustration Manifestation

Chelsea: "Did You Manifest Me?"

Christine: "I Did Too. You Know What? Because I Said All The Girls In The Office Are So S---ty, I Want Good Friends."

Christine expresses over and over again that she doesn't get along with the other girls largely because they don't understand her humor, but may are seeing through her and know that she like to say whatever she wants and play it off as humor.

She is amusing herself, but it's because saying mean things are funny to her, and she wants to be able to pass off anything as a joke so that she can say what she wants but still be viewed as a good person who is trying and has never done anything wrong. This is how she would justify insulting all of the women like this in front of their faces at the tea party.

Emma's Inner Thoughts

"For Me To Entertain The Idea Of Being Friends With Christine, She'd Probably Literally Have To Die And Be Reincarnated Into A Completely Different Person."

Micah McDonald Emma Hernan Selling Sunset

Two things are clear with this dramatics statement: Emma really doesn't like Christine and she may not totally understand the concept of reincarnation.

Emma and Christine have a long history which was covered in Selling Sunset season 4, but this season addresses it mostly via Emma in her interviews. This is one of many lines she says about how awful of a person Christine is, so there is no doubt she really feels this way, and they only keep coming once the bribery instance occurs.

Davina Confronting Chelsea

"I Felt A Little Bit Bullied."

Davina Potratz Interviewed On Selling Sunset Season 4

It's been a rough handful of seasons for Davina, and it does not seem to be getting any better. She is also not exactly a fan favorite, which probably does not help her on top of the difficulties she's experienced on the show.

This season, in addition to having a horribly uncomfortable confrontation with one client and having to basically beg another one for a listing, she struggles to get along with Chelsea. The two just have two completely different speaking styles and just seem to keep missing each other. They even seem upset with each other for similar reasons.

Chelsea Going From Zero To One Hundred

"I'm Going To Be So Honest With You: I Could Puke Right Now."

Chelsea and Davina sitting down and talking on Selling Sunset

When Davina and Chelsea try to clear the air and just end up fighting and talking in circles, Chelsea lets this statement out near the end, which is an incredibly dramatic way to put things and does not seem quite fit for the moment.

The two seem to really misunderstand each other, and they both seem to have similar wants in trying to get along at a base level, but it just can't be achieved because their communication styles are too different. They both perceive the other as being rude and disrespectful when really they both seem hurt.

Attack On Davina

Christine: If Davina Can Do It, I Can Do It."

Chelsea: Davina's Got Her Broker's License? Oh, They're Giving These Out For Free."

Christine: "Pretty Much, Just Handouts Like At McDonald's."

Even though Davina and Christine have seemed to be friends before this season, season 5 could not have thrown that idea further out the window. Even when Davina tries to speak up or address what was said about her, it only gets worse.

Between Christine talking badly about Davina and Chelsea getting into an argument with her, the two are entirely over her by the end. Anything confrontation is bullying until it's the two of them tearing people apart to each other. This is some major shade at Davina, and Christine's McDonald's quip doesn't even make sense. It will be interesting to see what a season 6 holds.
