Selling Sunset star Maya Vander believes that co-star Heather Young will be the next cast member to have a baby. Technically, Maya is the next Selling Sunset star to have a child since she is currently pregnant with baby number three. After struggling to conceive a child with her husband, Maya announced her first pregnancy during the first season of the show. A day after season 2 premiered, the bicoastal real estate agent announced the arrival of her second child, Elle. Now that her co-star Heather is newly married, Maya thinks that she will be the next real estate agent to have a Selling Sunset baby.
Heather and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, have had quite a fast-paced relationship. The two reality stars met on the Fourth of July and have been inseparable ever since. The HGTV alum popped the big question in July 2020, just one year after meeting, during a trip to Catalina Island. The 34-year-old real estate agent claimed she was taken by surprise during the proposal. A candle and flower petal walkway led Heather to Tarek, where he was waiting for her on one knee. In an Instagram post, Heather said she tried thinking of other possibilities other than a proposal so she wouldn't get her hopes up. The pair tied the knot on October 23 during their Old Hollywood-themed wedding located in Southern California. Tarek's children, Taylor and Brayden, accompanied their father and step-mother at the altar. Selling Sunset castmates like Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, and Brett and Jason Oppenheim were in attendance at the glamorous wedding.
The 39-year-old Oppenheim Group real estate agent is setting her bets on Heather to have the next Selling Sunset baby. During an interview with Us Weekly, Maya was asked which cast member she thought would be the next to have a baby on the show. After running through the list of her female co-workers, she said she thinks Heather will be the next to have a child. "I would maybe bet on Heather. If Amanza [Smith] had a choice, I would probably say [her] because Amanza loves kids, but I would say bet on Heather,” Maya explained. When Mary got brought up, Maya quickly said that she and her husband, Romain Bonnet, would definitely not be the next ones to have kids.
However, the soon-to-be mom of three said that Selling Sunset villain Christine Quinn may have a second child with her husband, Christian Richard. "It’s not going to be me, I’ll tell you that,” Maya joked. The Israel native previously revealed to Us Weekly that having kids wasn't Heather's priority but started opening up to the possibility of becoming a mother. Heather revealed last month that she and her new hubby are open to the possibility of having children. She is extremely close to Tarek's two children, so she embraces the bonus mom life.
Heather and Tarek's relationship with his children is extremely adorable, and fans can easily feel the love in their household through their social media posts. Heather wrote in an Instagram post that she didn't question the fact that Tarek had kids when they first started dating and that she loved their little blended family. Having adapted so quickly to a step-mom role, Heather would be the best mom if she does decide to have children of her own.
