There would be hardly any Selling Sunset fans who don't like Maya Vander. Her drama-free personality makes her everyone's favorite. So, before you fall in love with her once again in season 3, let's have a quick recap of what she did in the previous season.

Season one revealed that Maya wanted to be a mother for a long time but previously had 2 tragic miscarriages. Fortunately, she is expecting again, and after the filming stopped, she gave birth to her first son and named him Aiden. The 32-year-old enters season 2 with her baby boy while talking about her delivery experience to her co-star Heather Rae Young. They both sit in a park and catch up on what they are up to. Maya reveals that she had a "vacuum delivery," which was "painful." Doctors had to use epidural to ease that. Still, she is working as hard as ever and managing her personal and professional life effortlessly. She is constantly flying between Los Angeles to Miami, where her husband works. He was previously working in LA but then relocated due to better work opportunities.

On the professional front, the realtor is taking her newborn to see Chrishell's listing. They two talk about the baby and other family stuff. While keeping away from the office drama and gossip, Maya is interested in climbing up the ladder and learning the development process behind the multi-million dollar houses. Brett Oppenheim trains her to be a specialist in developing properties and takes her to an under-construction site. He quizzes her with a few questions, which she gets right. But still, he doesn't co-list the property with her. While talking about her latest interest in the development process, the realtor said to the camera, "I like it because you can make a lot of money."

Brett again takes Maya to another development property. And this time, he gives her the keys. Now, Maya can sell it to a developer and then later on to a buyer. She also manages to get an offer for the development property. The asked price was $2.7 million, but then she settled at $2.575 million, which is not too bad. Towards the end of the series, Maya announces her second pregnancy. Eventually, she gives welcomes her daughter off-camera.

In Selling Sunset season 3, viewers will see Maya making an effort to permanently shift with her husband Dave. She would ask Jason Oppenheim if he would like to have an office and realtor in Miami. It's good to see that she's attempting to unite her family, but this could also mean that viewers might not see her in season 4.
