Many Selling Sunset fans think Davina Potratz is the villain of the show. However, it's also true that if she hadn't been there, the show wouldn't have been this interesting. The realtor brings the conflicts, which ultimately pave the way for more drama. Now that season 3 has been released on Netflix, let's refresh ourselves on what other conflicts she initiated in the previous seasons.

In the first season, she stirred the pot by making a cutting remark about her co-star Mary Fitzgerald's moissanite ring. Mary's now-husband Romain Bonnet wasn't equipped enough to buy a real diamond for his wife. So, he proposed to her with an inexpensive option. Davina took a jab at Romain, which eventually resulted in her being not invited to the couple's wedding. During a pool party in season 2, hot-headed Romain announced that Davina isn't invited to his wedding. He was furious at her because of her comment about the ring and was not ready to back down even after Mary tried to convince him to let it go. At that time, everybody except Davina knew that she wasn't on the guest list. Christine, AKA Davina's new best friend, shows loyalty and informs her of the bad news.

Finally, at Christine's engagement party, Mary got the courage to address the elephant in the room and tell Davina that she isn't invited. Davina said she looked like a "clown" and felt "disrespected" because everybody in the group knew before she did. She got even more upset after knowing that Chrishell was invited, and felt like she was "singled-out." Eventually, the most iconic confrontational scene of the series took place between Davina and Romain. The French model admitted that he didn't want Davina at the wedding and told her that if she had been Mary's friend, she wouldn't have made that rude comment about the ring being a fake diamond.

During a confessional, Davina said, "I didn't know he was this f*cking hypersensitive. To get in my face, a year, later, be this fired up. If you know that what I said is wrong, why is it piercing at you so much?" Romain walked out on her after saying that she shouldn't have made the prenup comment. He added that she doesn't know who pays in their relationship, and that's why she should just "shut the f*ck up." The season ended with Mary's wedding, and Davina was not present.

On the professional front, she took on the 75 million dollar listing in Beverly Hills by going against her bosses, Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim. The Netflix star is confident in herself and affirms that she can sell that mansion (although that property still sits on the market). Eventually, in Selling Sunset season 3, she brings her bestie Christine to help her to sell the house.
