It looks as though Selling Sunset’s Emma Hernan and Micah McDonald are continuing to mix business with pleasure. Micah McDonald was introduced as Emma Hernan's new business contact and romantic interest on Selling Sunset season 5. The pair first met on the set of Selling Sunset when realtor Emma viewed a gorgeous development property and was quickly won over by both the unobstructed views and Micah’s charm. After five years of working on the luxurious five-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate, the Beverly Hills property is for sale with Emma and the Oppenheim Group for nearly $19 million.

Fans first learned of the property during season five of Selling Sunset, but the project has been in the works since 2016. It was revealed in season 5, episode 3 that Micah, a real estate developer and entrepreneur, originally bought the 1,700 square-foot lot in 2016 for $2.8 million and began renovations. The home itself showcases everything fans of Selling Sunset have come to love about the franchise, including more than 10,000 square feet of skyline views, alongside private spa space, double walk-in closets, an on-site yoga studio, and a movie theater large enough to accommodate up to 20 guests, according to the listing.

As the newest cast member of Selling Sunset season 4, Emma charmed audiences with her business savvy and quick wit. In fact, it was Emma’s business focus and drive to achieve that first attracted the attention of real-estate developer, Micah. Emma told sources at E! News, “He's told me before how impressed he is with my knowledge of not just real estate, but investments in general," she said. "When you're in real estate, it's really important to not just look at the property, but look at the investment aspect of it and what you're gonna get out of it moving forward." Micah agreed, telling E! News, "I love working with Emma and I am happy we get to find the right buyer for this luxury property." Fans were first introduced to both Micah and the property during season 5 and now that it's finally complete, the Beverly Hills property is in Emma's trusted hands.

Since joining the cast of Selling Sunset, Emma’s love life has caused quite a stir. It was quickly revealed during season 4 that Emma and resident show villain, Christine Quinn, shared a lot more than their love of real estate. Christine alleged that Emma started seeing her ex-boyfriend while they were still together. Fans were impressed by how Emma handled herself during several office blow-ups and confrontations with Christine over their mutual ex Peter Cornell, to whom Emma was previously engaged. Their grudge match was later reignited during Selling Sunset season 5 when Christine had attempted to sabotage fellow realtor Emma Hernan by offering one of her clients $5,000 to not work with Hernan. Despite Quinn denying the claims, several people were able to back up the claims, and ultimately, it was confirmed during the season 5 reunion that there was "no place" for Christine at the brokerage.

As for if fans will be seeing more of Emma and Micah together outside of work, many Selling Sunset viewers are curious to know whether or not Emma and Micah are official. Emma confirms that while the two are still seeing each other, they’re keeping things causal. "Maybe season 6, there will be a label, a ring. Who knows?" she teased during a recent interview. With both a potential romance and the continuation of her rivalry with show villain Christine Quinn, the upcoming season of Selling Sunset is sure to deliver on plenty of drama, romance, and gorgeous California views.
