Emma Hernan, featured on Netflix's Selling Sunset, recently shared that Christine Quinn and Peter Cornell "were never engaged." While new to the office, Emma has become a lead on the reality series, becoming unintentionally involved in a number of dramatic plot points throughout season 4. While beloved by many of her co-stars, Christine and Emma have become enemies since Emma joined the Oppenheim Group.

Centered around Emma becoming a replacement for Christine as she focuses on her family, Christine has had nothing but ill will towards Emma. With past drama involving a mutual ex and rumors of cheating, Selling Sunset season 4 spent a great deal of time making sense of this drama brewing between the iconic Sunset blondes. Without reconciliation, the two appear to still be at odds over the details of their past interactions.

As reported by Us Weekly, Emma Hernan denied that Christine was ever truly engaged to Peter to begin with. When asked about the tension between herself and Christine involving Peter, Emma explained, "They were never really engaged. [Peter] made that very clear. He was laughing when it was mentioned." With fans suspicious of Christine's story, Emma blatantly called out Christine for lying about her relationship with Peter, with their ex going as far as to "laugh" at Christine's false accusations. While fans are certain to be left confused by both Emma and Christine's vastly different narratives, Emma was resolute in her answer, claiming, "It's not even negotiable...there's literally zero percent chance," when it came to Christine and Peter being engaged.

Not only has Emma been vocal about Christine's confused recollection of the past but so has Mary Fitzgerald, the ex-best friend of Christine. When concerns about Peter were released by Christine in her upcoming book release, Mary denied the events that Christine seemed to recall with great clarity. With multiple sources claiming Christine has been lying about her interactions with Peter, fans are certain to be curious how these allegations will appear on Selling Sunset. With a number of questions still unanswered about the conflicting timelines between both Emma and Christine's memories about their relationship with Peter, only time will tell which reality star has been open and honest about the past. As more and more cast members speak out against Christine, it appears that Emma may be telling the truth about Christine's deception.

Only adding to the drama of Selling Sunset season 4, Emma has revealed important information about one of the biggest tensions at the Oppenheim Group. Throughout her time on Selling Sunset, Emma has been supportive of the cast, which brings even more doubt to Christine's perspective, as Emma unflinchingly called out Christine for her lies. Even though Emma's revelations cannot be confirmed, her statements about Peter, alongside Mary's doubt of Christine, are more than enough to make fans doubtful of Christine as Selling Sunset continues.
