Selling Sunset superstar Chrishell Stause recently purchased a beautiful $3.3 million home in the Hollywood Hills. The reality TV star was previously renting a one-bedroom apartment in the Hills after her divorce with This Is Us star, Justin Hartley. In turn, Justin still owns the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Encino home that the ex-couple purchased in 2019 just months before the actor filed for divorce.

Chrishell Stause and Justin Hartley tied the knot in October 2017 after four years of dating. The 44-year-old actor filed for divorce in November 2019, which was showcased on Selling Sunset season 3 on Netflix. The divorce came as a surprise to Chrishell as she found out about it at the same time the news broke on the internet. The Selling Sunset real estate agent found love again after being cast as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars season 29 after meeting pro dancer Keo Motsepe in December 2020. However, the curtain closed on that relationship after two months of dating. Even though it is unclear what went wrong in their relationship, Chrishell accused the dancer of lying to her.

After two recent failed attempts at love, Chrishell Stause got herself the ultimate newly-single celebrity purchase: a new home in the Hollywood Hills. According to the NY Post, the sale was finalized on June 10, 2021. The one-story, 3,300-square-foot home hit the market for $4 million in October 2020, but the 39-year-old worked her magic and brought down the price by over half a million dollars. This newly-renovated home, which was originally built in 1964, features a gorgeous canyon view and an open floorplan. But the best part of the house is the master bedroom, which includes sliding doors that grant access to the backyard pool and lounge area. The attached master bathroom also includes a steam shower and soaking spa bathtub.

Even though previous reports said that Selling Sunset broker Jason Oppenheim was the agent for the transaction, Chrishell actually represented herself, setting the record straight on her Instagram story yesterday. "I was the damn agent. Give me some credit, thank you," Chrishell said with a big smile on her face. Jason also gave credit to his Selling Sunset co-star via his Instagram Story yesterday, saying that he was the broker in the transaction but not the agent. Even though the news broke on her new property, Chrishell revealed that the process of the purchase will be seen in the upcoming season of Selling Sunset.

Representing herself and talking the price point down of her first home following her divorce is a total win for Chrishell Stause. It'll be exciting for the fans to see how the reality TV star will decorate her brand-new Los Angeles home. Will she ask co-star Amanza Smith for help with home decor? The fans will have to find out on Selling Sunset season 4 on Netflix.
