Selling Sunset season 5 has finally been announced, and fans are looking forward to getting to know the newest Oppenheim Group realtor Chelsea Lazkani. The hit Netflix show, which has mixed real estate and reality television in Los Angeles since 2019, has been an uber success with viewers. In fact, Netflix has created two spinoffs of the program: Selling Tampa, which follows Allure Reality, and Selling the OC, which highlights the Oppenheim Group branch in Orange County. With the Oppenheim brothers and their employees selling million-dollar homes while balancing their chaotic personal lives, fans of the show also look forward to surprising celebrity appearances like Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu, Queer Eye Fab Five member Karamo Brown, and rapper French Montana.

Selling Sunset season 4 was released last November with newcomers Emma Hernan and Mexican-American actress Vanessa Villela added to the mix. While beautiful houses showcased by the realtors left viewers marveling at California's exclusive market, it was the drama between stars that landed in the forefront. Emma and long-time relator Christine Quinn found themselves fighting throughout most of the season after discovering they shared the same ex-boyfriend, while cameras documented Chrishell Stause's divorce from Justin Harley. Fans cannot wait for Selling Sunset season 5, knowing who became Chrishell's partner after Justin: Jason Oppenheim himself. Between watching this five-month relationship develop and the introduction of Chelsea, Netflix viewers want to know everything they can expect from the next round of episodes.
