Brett Oppenheim from Selling Sunset and his girlfriend Tina Louise have split after eight months together. The news of their break up comes off the heals of his twin brother Jason Oppenheim's split from Chrishell Stause. The split was confirmed by several sources close to the pair who had yet to have a reason for the sudden breakup. However, a few hours after the announcement was made, both Chrishell and Jason confirmed the split.
They said that the reason behind it was a difference in what they wanted out of their future. The former couple confirmed their romance in July while on vacation in Italy with some of the fellow Selling Sunset castmates. After confirming their romance, Chrishell admitted that she and Jason actually began a relationship a couple of months prior to the announcement. They wanted to keep their relationship as private as possible until they felt it was time to say something.
Hours after Chrishell and Jason announced their split, Brett's now-ex-girlfriend Tina confirmed she and the relator also went their separate ways during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories. "Brett is my ex, but we remain very good friends," the 40-year-old wrote alongside a photo of the former pair kissing by a hotel pool. Brett confirmed the breakup as well on Instagram Stories, after a series of fan questions about his business in real estate. "OK, this question has absolutely nothing to do with real estate, but I will answer it," the reality star said when someone asked if he was single. "As of very recently, actually, yes." Neither Brett nor Tina revealed the reasoning behind the split, however, they seem to have ended on good terms.
Brett and Tina made their relationship Instagram official in April, three months before Jason and Chrishell announced their relationship. The first post Brett shared was of him, and Tina was back in April of the pair on vacation in Mexico. The post consisted of a series of photos of the pair enjoying their time on the Mexican beaches. "Nice little vacation from ‘Selling Sunset’ drama!" Brett wrote in the caption. Brett and Tina also accompanied some of his costars for their Italy vacation in July, which included his twin brother Jason and his now-ex Chrishell. Brett's relationship with Tina will likely play out during Selling Sunset season 5, which was filmed while the couple was together.
Similar to Jason and Chrishell, Brett and Tina's split came as a shock to many fans. The Selling Sunset star seemed like he was very much in love with his new love, despite his playboy past. Brett didn't even delete any of the couple's pictures from the past eight months. Now that both the Oppenheim brothers are single, the boys are ready to have some fun.
