Season three of Selling Sunset is about to premiere. The trailer for the new installment revealed that Jason Oppenheim sold the 40 million dollar mansion that was first shown in season one. Now, viewers are curious to know who that filthy rich owner is. Well, Jason has some details to offer.

Before that, let us brush up our memories about the specifics of this massive property that sits in the Hollywood Hills. The owner of The Oppenheim Group took all of his real estate agents to see this house, which was under construction at that time. Still, it made a lasting impression on the viewer's mind. With 360-degree views from the rooftop deck, the uber-expensive house is spread across 20,000 square feet. It has 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, a garage that can fit 15 cars, four hot tubs, and a 150-foot pool. The 43-year-old stated that the house comes with an elevator, and is worth about 40 million dollars. So, by calculation, the broker would make a commission of a whopping $1,200,000. The house had one of the most beautiful views of Los Angeles from the rooftop. Surprisingly, its closet was bigger than any master bedroom that viewers may have seen. The founder asked his brokers to find people who would have a net worth of over 250 million dollars and then get them to see the property. Even if they are not looking for a house, this one will sell itself.

According to Metro, the house sold not exactly at $40 million, but a little lower than that - $35.5 million. Although Jason didn't name the owner of the house due to a non-disclosure agreement, he did reveal that the buyer is a young couple. He said, "It was not someone who I would class as a celebrity. It was a very wealthy young couple and quite an impressive young couple." Jason added, "I signed a non-disclosure so I think that the most information that I can provide is that it was a wonderful young couple. A very successful young couple and I'm very happy for them." Well, a little bit of reverse search reveals that the owner is the famous Youtuber, Tom Bilyeu (via Prop Go Luxury). His net worth is estimated to be around $400 Million, which was required to buy this amazing mansion (via Wealthy Gorilla). He's 43 years old and married to Lisa Bilyeu, which perfectly fits the description given by Jason.

Congratulations to this couple for their beautiful, humble abode! It was one of the biggest listings The Oppenheim Group has ever had. More importantly, this property is the biggest house ever built in the Hollywood Hills. Now, let's see if Davina Potratz can sell her $75 million listing in the upcoming season of Selling Sunset.
