Jason and Brett Oppenheim introduced a new cast of real estate agents in a drama-filled teaser trailer for the new Netflix series Selling The OC. The Selling Sunset reunion ended with an introduction to the new group of agents in SoCal's Orange County area. Jason and Brett have expanded their real estate empire to a district not too far from West Hollywood. The trailer revealed the new faces and new drama coming to Netflix.

Selling Sunset season 4 shared the first look at Selling The OC. The new show follows a set of young, attractive realtors who battle it out over love, listings and power at the office. As the young agents compete to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County location, the drama heats up, to the enjoyment of viewers. It's the second spin-off of Selling Sunset, with Selling Tampa premiering back in December. Now Jason and Brett are back with an office of men and women, and the stakes are even higher.

A new two-minute trailer teased all of the gossip among the agents, extravagant black-tie parties, secret hookups and lavish multi-million-dollar estates that will be seen on the new show. "These people are crazy, that's all I'm gonna say," one of the realtors said in the Netflix trailer. Among the new cast members are Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri and Tyler Stanaland. Jason and Brett help to introduce the new agents who have an office full of surprises.

Jason has already gushed over the agents at the OC office ahead of the new spin-off premiere, saying that the agents bring a new dynamic to the franchise. He expressed his excitement to introduce a more diverse cast that includes men, women and people of color. It'll create a much different dynamic compared to all of the women who lead Selling Sunset and Selling Tampa. Jason said he and Brett got to know their new staff while the cameras were rolling, and viewers will get a chance to see how things play out. While the WeHo office includes agents that Jason has had friendships with for years, the OC office has new faces that Jason and Brett are trying to figure out.

It's a learning process that Jason believes will make for a good debut season. With the OC being so close to the L.A. area, fans could eventually see a mashup or guest appearances from the Selling Sunset cast. Selling The OC is still filming, so the new show could premiere in the coming months. In the meantime, fans can enjoy five seasons of Selling Sunset and their first-ever reunion. There's also one season of Selling Tampa to watch as viewers await confirmation on a second season.
