Selling The OC is set to premiere later this year, and one of the 11 new Oppenheim Group agents is Sean Palmieri. The new Netflix series was announced in November 2021 and was named the third spin-off of the original series, Selling Sunset. Similar to the first reality series, Selling The OC will focus on the personal and professional lives of the real estate agents at Jason and Brett Oppenheim's new office in Newport Beach.

Along with Sean, the other agents who will star in the new series are: Austin Victoria, Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Kayla Cardona, and Tyler Stanaland. In the first trailer for Selling The OC, the spin-off will include a lot more workplace drama than the original series. In fact, focused more of the fight between castmates than the actual real estate.

Nonetheless, this is what the fans want. Drama mixed in with the fabulous views Orange County has to offer. Now with a whole new cast that includes male agents, Selling The OC will be an interesting spin-off of the Los Angeles-based Selling Sunset.

Sean's Age

While it is currently unclear how old Sean is, he is likely between 27 and 28. According to Sean's Linkedin, he graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. Since Sean went to college right after high school, the timeline would mean the Selling The OC star is somewhere in his late twenties.

Sean's Instagram

A quick glance at Sean's Instagram proves he is a successful realtor. Not only does Sean love sharing his listings with The Oppenheim Group, but he enjoys talking about his love of architecture. Before joining the brokerage last year, Sean worked at ONE Sotheby’s Realty Development Division, alongside Sales and Operations for architect Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum. He also was the Marketing Director for one of San Diego’s leading luxury teams for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles (via The Oppenheim Group).

Sean's Hometown

Before moving to the West Coast, Sean grew up in South Florida. His social media doesn't show Sean visiting Florida very often, as he seemingly enjoys spending time in L.A, the OC, or somewhere abroad. However, Miami is where the Selling The OC star launched his real estate career after graduating from the University of Florida.

While the viewers aren't sure when Selling The OC will premiere, they are ready for it to streaming on Netflix. Other than the anticipation of a new show, fans cannot wait to meet Sean and the other agents at The Oppenheim Group Newport office. At least the trailer promises a lot of internal drama.
