The new Selling Sunset spin-off Selling The OC will premiere later this year, and realtor Alexandra Jarvis will be joining the team at the new Oppenheim Group office. Along with Alexandra, the new cast includes Sean Palmieri, Austin Victoria, Alex Hall, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, Kayla Cardona, and Tyler Stanaland. The brothers and owners of The Oppenheim Group brokerage will also be making appearances throughout the season.
Fans of the original series first heard of Selling The OC in late 2021, when the first spin-off Selling Tampa, began streaming on Netflix. However, the trailer for Selling The OC was not released until earlier this month, during the Selling Sunset season 5 reunion. The trailer included a lot of drama between the realtors, more than fans have seen from the Los Angeles office. With the addition of male agents, Selling The OC is already captivating viewers.
Over the years, Alexandra has worn many hats in her career. In her Instagram bio, Alexandra mentions that she works as a model, attorney, and realtor. While it is unclear if Alexandra still works as an attorney, she still models and works in real estate as a realtor associate at The Oppenheim Group. According to her bio on The Oppenheim Group website, before making her claim as a realtor, the Selling The OC star received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Spanish and International Business. Alexandra later attended and graduated from UC Irvine School of Law and was able to litigate business and employment law matters at a litigation firm in Newport Beach.
Through her years as a working attorney, Alexandra gained quite the skillset in client advocacy, negotiations, and problem-solving. After years as a practicing attorney, Alexandra decided to make a switch to real estate, combining both her legal insight and charismatic personality. After her first year working as a realtor in Orange County, the Selling The OC cast member made it to the top of the city's market, closing nearly $40 million in sales during her first year as a realtor. When Alexandra isn't giving all of her attention to her clients, fans can find her creating healthy recipes with her fiancé, Sergio Ducoulombier, and going for long walks along the OC coastline, which is evident from her social media.
While it is unknown when the first season of Selling The OC will air, Netflix promises fans it will become available sometime this year. After the wild trailer that was released, viewers are getting more and more excited about what the series will bring to the franchise.
