For a "show about nothing," Seinfeld has so many scenes and lines of dialogue that fans won't ever forget. This is thanks to the brilliant work of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, and the team of writers, along with the unique mishaps the characters were always dealing with.

The characters made mistakes and poor decisions in almost every episode, and that's why this '90s sitcom is still so popular. Whether they involve Jerry's fashion choices or the awkward situations the gang often got themselves into, there are some memorable moments on Seinfeld that fans love thinking about.

When Jerry's Jacket Got Destroyed In The Snow

While Jerry could frustrate the people in his life, no one could blame him for wanting to keep his new (and expensive) jacket in perfect condition.

In the second season episode "The Jacket," Jerry was very into his new item of clothing, and he ended up destroying it by accident when he walked in the snow. After an awkward meeting with Elaine's father, Jerry and his friends walked through an NYC snowfall. He could have turned the jacket inside out, but with pink striped lining, that would have been humiliating. No fan could forget watching Jerry realize his jacket was not long for this world.

When The Characters Couldn't Find Kramer's Car In A Parking Garage

The third season featured the iconic episode "The Parking Garage" where the gang couldn't locate Kramer's car in a parking garage. This is definitely everyone's worst nightmare, as walking around trying to find a parked car is stressful and the opposite of fun.

While fans hated the finale of Seinfeld, this third season episode is a definite favorite. When it comes to moments that will live in every fan's head forever, it was priceless when the gang realized they had no idea where Kramer's car was.

When George Said The Sea Was Angry

In the season 5 episode "The Marine Biologist," George assumed the identity of someone who worked in that field. He wanted to impress his date, whom he liked back in college, and when Jerry lied about George's job, George went along with it.

George actually helped out with a beached whale, and when he told the story, he said, "The sea was angry that day, my friends — like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli." This is a scene that will live on in every fan's head as it was hilarious and pure George. He could be very convincing.

When Kramer Talked About Driving The Bus

Kramer was a source of comic relief on a show that already had viewers laughing in every scene, so that's definitely a credit to this character.

In the fifth season episode "The Fire," Kramer told a story of driving a bus because the driver fainted. He said, "Everybody is screaming because the bus driver is passed out from all the commotion. The bus is out of control! So I grab him by the collar, take him out of the seat. I get behind the wheel and now I'm driving the bus!" When George said he was Batman, Kramer agreed. When Jerry asked why Kramer he kept stopping, he said, "People kept ringing the bell."

When Elaine Told A Woman "Maybe The Dingo Ate Your Baby"

Elaine's storylines can be confusing but she was still at the heart of the sitcom's funniest scenes. From her many problems in the office to her bad dance moves, she was a huge part of this show.

In the season 3 episode "The Stranded," Elaine was talking to a party guest who said, "I have lost my fiancé, the poor baby!" and Elaine responded, "Maybe the dingo ate your baby" in an Australian accent. This was a super random moment that has gone down in Seinfeld history.

When Jerry's Girlfriend Couldn't Give Elaine Toilet Paper

In the season 5 episode "The Stall," Elaine asked the woman in the bathroom stall next to her for some toilet paper. The woman said she "can't spare a square." Elaine was totally baffled by this and then realized it was Jane, the woman Jerry was currently dating.

This scene will always live rent free in every Seinfeld fan's head, as it's hilarious and also has a bitter edge to it, like all of the best moments from this beloved sitcom. Most people would say "yes, of course" and give a stranger some TP, but not a Seinfeld character. Everyone was always looking out for themselves, even the most minor players.

When George Pushed People Out Of The Way During A Fire

George showed some growth by the series finale, and yet he had some personality traits that remained the same. No doubt about it, George would often think of himself over other people.

In the fifth season episode "The Fire," George was at a birthday party for the son of his girlfriend, and there was a kitchen fire. George did the opposite of what he should have done: he ran away and literally pushed people out of his path to safety. No one could forget this scene, as it was just yet another reminder of George doing the wrong thing.

When George Said He Was In The Pool

The fifth season episode "The Hamptons" saw George in a tough situation. He went swimming and when Jerry's girlfriend saw him naked, there was, as every Seinfeld fan will recall, "shrinkage."

George was humiliated and explained that he was in the pool. Jerry asked, "Do women know about shrinkage?" and Elaine asked if he was talking about laundry. When Jerry explained what they were discussing, Elaine asked, "It shrinks?" and Jerry responded, "Like a frightened turtle."

When Elaine Told Jerry She Was Faking It

In the season 5 premiere "The Mango," Jerry learned a terrible secret: when he and Elaine were together, she was faking her orgasms. Maybe some people think that Elaine should have kept this to herself, but she couldn't help but be real with him.

This friendship had its flaws but at least they could speak honestly with one another about topics like this. No fan would ever forget when Elaine told Jerry the truth about their time together, as the look on his face was pretty priceless.

When Elaine Showed Off Her Awful Dance Moves

Season 8 brought a classic Seinfeld moment; in "The Little Kicks," Elaine tried to liven up a work party by dancing, and everyone realized she was horrible.

This scene will forever live rent free in every Seinfeld fan's head. While no one could say that Elaine had talent in this department, she did show that she had the courage to literally "dance like no one is watching." Chances are, she never lived this moment down at work.
