Players looking to get all items from the Gates of Hell shop in Bayonetta 3 will need to farm a ton of Lotus Seeds, which can be acquired in a few ways. Lotus Seeds are the primary currency in Bayonetta 3, replacing the previous games' Halos. Although Halos still exist in this sequel, they are now much rarer, as they only drop from the rare Angel enemies and can only be used to purchase cosmetics items from Rodin's Treasures shop. Players can see how many Seeds they have at any point during gameplay by checking the upper right corner of the screen.

Players will mainly get Seeds by defeating the many homunculi enemies in the game and will likely earn a lot unintentionally by just playing through Bayonetta 3's main story. However, based on their performance in a Chapter, players may also receive a bonus of Seeds when they complete it if they get high enough ranks. This can be done by building up and maintaining the combo meter, which can be done by mixing up attacks, avoiding taking damage, and completing the mission as fast as possible. Lotus Seeds are one of the game's three currencies, along with Halos and Orbs. Halos can be used to buy cosmetics, Orbs to buy and level up skills, and Seeds to purchase various items and consumables.

How To Farm Lotus Seeds in Bayonetta 3

Bayonetta 3 Jeanne Shiny Enemy

The best current farming method for Seeds has been found by the YouTube channel 100% Guides. First, players should unlock and select the Side Chapter 4 mission, in which they will play as Jeanne, as she rides her motorcycle and faces multiple enemies in a side-scrolling level. Around the one-and-a-half-minute mark, players should be able to spot a shiny enemy on a bike that, when killed, drops a special teapot item. Running over it will activate Jeanne's Cutie J form, rendering her invulnerable for 20 seconds.

During this time, many enemies will spawn, and running over them automatically defeats them, allowing players to rack up tons of Seeds. This farming method will net players around 35000 Seeds per run, which, considering that players can quit the level at any point and repeat it, means around 420 000 Seeds per hour. It is also important to note that the difficulty setting doesn't seem to have any significant impact on how many Seeds players get per kill, so it is advisable to play on Casual when using this farming method in what has become one of the best action games on Switch, Bayonetta 3.

    Summary:
Bayonetta 3 marks the return of the Umbran witch eight years after the last release on the Nintendo Wii U, Bayonetta 2. Bayonetta embarks on a multiversal adventure when a mysterious being known as the Singularity enters the picture and slays the Bayonettas of several universes, absorbing their powers and destroying their realms. One Bayonetta, her friend Jeanne, and a new mysterious Umbran witch in training named Viola are all that stand in the way of complete multiversal destruction. Bayonetta 3 implements several new game mechanics, such as the Demon Slave system, where players can summon massive demons to fight alongside them and crush foes on the field. Additionally, players can expect massive kaiju-sized battles where they'll assume control of these demons and engage in city-sized battles.
