More SDCC Exclusive TMNT & Marvel Toys Revealed

San Diego Comic-Con 2016 pre-registration underway

San Diego Comic-Con 2016 is right around the corner, and the upcoming convention looks to be jam-packed with exciting panels, exclusives, and reveals. While Comic-Con International may have had a modest start as a relatively small gathering of comic book, movie, and sci-fi fans in the early 1970s, it has certainly evolved into much more in the decades since, boasting over 100,000 attendees in recent years.

One of the fan-favorite aspects of the annual convention is all of the exclusive merchandise that can only be purchased at SDCC. Everything from variant film posters to unique collector's items, exclusive action figures and more are on full display, featured at booths on the main floor each and every year. This year, of course, is no exception.

Merely days away from Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016, Hasbro has just announced even more exclusive TMNT and Marvel collectible toys. Coming only days after Hasbro's reveal of its Star Wars toy lineup for the upcoming convention – which will also be available for purchase at this year's San Diego Comic-Con – it appears as though the toy company is not quite done unveiling exclusive merchandise.

The first of many new items revealed by the American toy company is Marvel The Raft Legends Series, which is 6-inch action figure set featuring some of Marvel's most notorious villains. Appearing in 6-inch toy form for this collector's set are Sandman, Abomination, and for the first time: Marvel's Enchantress, Purple Man, and Dreadknight. Marvel The Raft Legends Series will retail for $199.99, and fortunately for those unable to make the trek to southern California, Hasbro will sell a limited number of this enticing collection on their website

Additionally, Hasbro has announced a slew of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-related merchandise. All of which you can see for yourself below.

This is a SDCC exclusive in a limited edition of 500.

Comic-Con attendees and fans of both the Marvel and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle franchises will no doubt want to pick up these toys as a souvenir from the event. The unfortunate majority TMNT fans who will not be in attendance at this year's convention, however, will just have to cross their fingers and hope that these various figures will see a limited release on Hasbro's website as well (or end up on eBay).

Comic-Con International 2016 will take place in San Diego, CA from July 21st-24th.
