The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum Scott Disick and former Meet the Barkers star Shanna Moakler will likely not be invited to Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian's nuptials. Amid their recent engagement, wedding plans are in the works, as Kourtney and Travis prepare to become a married couple. Considering all the shade that the pair have received from their exes, Scott and Shanna will more than likely be absent from this special event. However, it doesn't look like Scott and Shanna will care about the snub.
In the months before Travis popped the big question, he was dealing with a number of jabs from his ex-wife, Shanna. She expressed her opposition to him dating a Kardashian after accusing him of cheating on her with Kim Kardashian during their marriage. In recent months, Shanna let up on commenting about the couple but did make a subtle dig about their upcoming wedding. "I hope they get good ratings," Shanna quipped when asked about her thoughts on Travis proposing. Meanwhile, Scott has been visibly silent amid reports from sources who claim he's still trying to come to terms with their engagement.
Insiders have shared that Kourtney and Travis are planning a small and intimate wedding and have already started considering wedding dates. When it comes to their guest list, Kourtney and Travis want a “positive space” where they will be surrounded by people who have “supported” them since they began dating, as per HollywoodLife. If that's the vibe Kravis is looking for at their wedding, then they'll most likely avoid inviting Scott and Shanna. Neither of their exes has shown support for their relationship since they went public. While Kourtney and Scott have maintained an amicable co-parenting arrangement with their three kids, Travis and Shanna remain estranged. Their two teenagers live with him.
Scott still has a close relationship with the Kar-Jenner family and will be included in their new show, which will stream on Hulu. However, that doesn't mean that he'll be invited to Kourtney's wedding. "Kourtney is of the mindset that she is going towards her future, and the past with Scott shouldn’t be there on her special day," one insider told OK!, noting that the "likelihood of Scott being a part of Kourtney’s wedding in any way is pretty nonexistent."
Even if Scott does get invited to the wedding, he will likely turn down the opportunity. He has proposed to Kourtney in the past and he's been turned down. Watching her marry someone else is not something that Lord Disick would do. "Scott would never go in a million years unless something miraculous happened," the source explained. "But the way things stand now, there’s no chance of him making an appearance."
Kourtney and Travis will have a beautiful wedding that fans are hoping gets shared on the new show. There were reports saying that the engagement would be included in the new Hulu content. If it is shared, the couple will likely also share highlights of their wedding day. It'll be the first marriage for Kourtney and the third for Travis. Since it will be the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's first time walking down the aisle, she's making sure only the right people are there to share the moment with her.
