Due to her family's misfortune of losing their millions, the Roses were stuck in Schitt's Creek until they were financially stable to move on. Throughout their journey, viewers learned more about Alexis' life before Schitt's Creek as she dropped a few bombs when talking to her family and friends. It's safe to say that her misadventures would make a hilarious prequel.

She Dated Every One Of The Hanson Brothers
Alexis has dated seemingly everyone in Hollywood. Her first kiss was with actor and musician, Jared Leto, and she had Zac Effron as a "booty call," for reference. In "The Jazzaguy," David reminded Alexis that she didn't just formerly date one Hanson brother; she dated all three of them. Alexis defended her actions by claiming she only dated them to get backstage passes to the Teen Choice Awards, which just adds to the scene's hilarity.
Her Nickname Was Marie
When Alexis went back to high school to get her diploma, she tried too hard to make friends by talking about her former life as a wealthy socialite. She even casually dropped the fact that she knew both Kirsten Dunst and Prince Harry.
Alexis told the class that her friends began calling her Marie (after Marie Antoinette) due to Kirsten Dunst's portrayal in Marie Antoinette (2006) and her connection to Prince Harry at the time. "My friends used to call me Marie, but that was mainly because I was casually seeing Prince Harry," she told the class. They were all wondering if Alexis was going to be the next princess but she admitted they were just partying too hard.
A Little Bit Alexis
When Joceyln and Moira were casting roles for the town's production of Cabaret, Alexis assured both women that she would be a shoo-in for the lead because of her time on her own reality TV show, A Little Bit Alexis. In "The Hospies," Alexis noted that producers made her take acting and singing lessons soon after they started shooting. However, her vocal coach —whom she shared with Barbra Streisand — quit after two sessions and Alexis' show was canned.
She Was An Original Pussycat Doll
"The M.V.P." was the first rehearsal for Cabaret. As always, Alexis wanted to make a good impression by acting like a veteran entertainer. She tried calming Stevie down by sharing her own experiences with performing.
According to Alexis, she was one of the original Pussycat Dolls but was fired for being "too pretty." She claimed their first day of rehearsals revolved around, "Kegels and then an afternoon of cheeky bellinis.”
She Went To The Playboy Mansion At Seven Years Old
In the early 2000s, socialites and parties at the Playboy mansion were all anyone could talk about. Alexis reminded her mother that she took her to the Playboy mansion when she was only seven years old. Moira, however, defended her actions because Alexis "wonderful time in the children’s grotto." But that wasn't the only time Alexis mentioned the Playboy mansion. In "Housewarming," she noted that her friend was one of Hef's many girlfriends.
A Line Of Edible Nail Polish
To give a little insight into how influential Alexis was in her socialite days, she created her own line of edible nail polishes. David made fun of her work ethic, saying that nail polish lines aren't that difficult to create. Rest assured, Alexis reminded him that she created all of the flavors for her line. However, the line failed after those who ate the nail polish got lead poisoning. "David, the factory in Guangzhou assured us that it was lead-free!" she retorted.
Jewelry Swaps
In "Love Letters," Alexis tried getting a locket back that she lent to Twyla because it was a gift from Ted. Instead of explaining the real reason why she wanted the locket back, Alexis told Twyla that exchanging jewelry with friends is something she's always done. She said, "All of my girlfriends and I used to throw the diamonds we got from our parents on a table and just do, like, a big jewelry swap." Twyla eventually gave her the locket in exchange for other accessories.
Her Service Animals
Alexis has no shame in talking about all of the amazing things she's seen and done before she lost everything. She has no idea that to some people, her stories of privilege come off as extremely offputting, especially because not many people in Schitt's Creek are wealthy. In "The Dress," Alexis continued talking about her life as a jet setter and said that she "once passed off a mini horse and three guinea pigs" as service animals...
Pippa Middleton And Rhianna Aren't Threats For Alexis
David was mad at himself for allowing Patrick to go on a date with a man who flirted with him at Rose Apothecary. He figured he was doing Patrick a favor by dating more men instead of, perhaps, settling for David. Back at the motel, Alexis sat with David when they thought that Patrick was on his date. When Alexis heard that David didn't give Patrick any ground rules, she warned him that he could be in trouble. She explained that she let boyfriends go on dates with women she wasn't threatened by, like "Pippa Middleton or Rihanna."
Playing Pool For Freedom
As a way to get back at Ted, Alexis went on a date with Miguel, a rivalry veterinarian in the area. The two had some drinks at the Wobbly Elm and played pool, and Miguel was genuinely impressed by her pool-playing. "You learn pretty quickly when you’re in a Ugandan diamond smuggler’s villa, playing for your friend’s freedom," she told him. And as horrifying as that scenario sounds, Alexis always manages to pass these stories off like they were no big deal; they were just a day in the life of Alexis.
