Comic-Con 2015: Full Movie & TV Show Schedule Revealed

advertising

The 2015 International Comic-Con in San Diego will take place a bit earlier in July than recent 'Cons have, while a handful of powerhouse Hollywood studios are not going to be in attendance (including, Marvel Studios and Paramount). However, lest you assume that SDCC 2015 will be less hectic and jam-packed with panels than previous Comic-Cons, think again; in fact, the 'hole' left by studios like Marvel passing on the event has already been filled, by way of a larger presence for upcoming geek television shows (and, undoubtedly, Warner Bros.' unveiling of its budding DC Cinematic Universe).

The full list of panels for SDCC 2015 - which kicks off with Preview Night on Wednesday, July 8th and runs from July 9th through to Sunday, July 12th - has been officially unveiled, with just over a week to go before the festivities get underway. Obviously, there are more panels than you can shake a stick at, so we're gone through and highlighted several of the 'must-see' events at the 'Con (along with the official descriptions and time/location for each panel).

SDCC 2015 Thursday Schedule

Thursday is traditionally one of the slower days of the International Comic-Con, and 2015 will be no exception. Nonetheless, there are several panels worth noting; including, Lionsgate's (final?) Hunger Games movie presentation, as well as Peter Capaldi's Comic-Con debut for this year's Doctor Who panel.

Check out the ‘must-see’ Thursday panels we’ve highlighted below and peruse the full Thursday schedule on Comic-Con’s official site.

SDCC 2015 Friday Schedule

Friday will be a big day for televisions shows at SDCC 2015, though the one exception to that rule is Lucasfilm's panel for the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens (and, potentially, other upcoming Star Wars movies like the Anthology installment Star Wars: Rogue One). The Star Wars panel will take place in the evening, while the rest of the day will be dedicated to panels for returning powerhouse TV series (The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones), noteworthy upcoming cable programs (Fear the Walking Dead, Ash vs. Evil Dead), and notable forthcoming network shows alike (Lucifer, Minority Report).
