The big Samsung Unpacked launch day has arrived, and this one promises to be one of the most exciting events in recent memory. The event is set to begin at 7 a.m. PST (10 a.m. EST), and you can watch it live online. Of course, leaks and spoilers have flooded the internet, and everything from product renders to key specs is already making rounds of social media. And at this point in time, excited fans already know a good deal about the devices that will make an appearance today.

Samsung is also hyping the Unpacked event to be a truly packed one, with a ton of product announcements and exciting updates. In fact, the company appears to be in such an electrifying mood that it accidentally leaked one of its highly anticipated phones, the Galaxy S21 FE aka Fan Edition on Instagram. Well, all that marketing and leak saga comes to an end today with the Unpacked event.

And given’s affinity for high-profile brand partnerships, K-Pop sensation BTS might also make an appearance in one of the adverts, or even in some exclusive footage with the brand new Samsung devices.

What To Expect From Samsung Unpacked Event?

The star of the show will be foldable phones, and as per leaks, two such devices making an appearance — the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. The former is going to be the flagship foldable offering, introducing a refined design, faster innards, and more importantly, an under-display camera as well. From the leaked renders that surfaced online a few weeks ago, the phone will come equipped with three snappers at the back and Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line SoC. The second foldable phone said to break covers today is the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Samsung’s latest clamshell foldable will reportedly pack a larger — and more functional — secondary display on the phone’s rear panel. Leaks point towards a dual rear camera setup and a fresh splash of colors to choose from.

While the foldable phones are going to hog the limelight at Unpacked, the more exciting unveil will be the next Samsung smartwatch — tentatively called the Galaxy Watch 4. The device will run a refined version of Wear OS that has been created after the merger of Samsung’s Tizen OS with Google’s wearable platform. The two companies have already made bold claims about battery life, a rich app ecosystem, and smooth performance. If those claims turn out to be true, and the watch looks as good as the leaked renders, Samsung might have a solid Apple Watch rival in its portfolio. The electronics giant is also tipped to debut its new true wireless earbuds that will reportedly go by the name Galaxy Buds 2 and is said to bring noise cancellation tech to the table.
