A reliable tipster has posted what he claims to be the full spec sheet of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S23 smartphone, revealing incremental upgrades over the Galaxy S22. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S23-series early next year as a follow-up to the Galaxy S22 lineup. A steady stream of leaks over the past few months have revealed many of the design aspects, tech specs and key features of the upcoming phones. According to reports, all devices in the Galaxy S23 lineup are expected to ship with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which will likely be announced at Qualcomm's Tech Summit later this year.Recent leaks have also revealed that the Galaxy S23 will be offered in four color options: Beige, Black, Green and Light Pink. The device is also believed to have been listed on Geekbench earlier this week with 8GB of RAM and an octa-core processor with a tri-cluster core configuration that includes one core clocked at 3.36GHz, three cores at 2.02GHz and four cores at 2.80GHz. The listing also seemingly confirmed the Adreno 740 GPU. Another report from last week also suggested that the Galaxy S23 will ship with a 3,900mAh battery.Related: The Galaxy S23 & S23 Plus Are Getting A Noticeable Design ChangeAccording to noted tipster Yogesh Brar, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ sAMOLED 120Hz display. It will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and ship with 8GB of RAM. In addition, it will come with 128GB and 256GB storage options. Imaging options on the Galaxy S23 will include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support alongside a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP telephoto shooter. On the front, the device is tipped to have a 10MP camera for selfies and video chats.

Galaxy S22 Rumored Specs

Other specifications will supposedly include a 3,900mAh battery, confirming the leak earlier this month. Brar adds that the device will get 25W wired fast-charging support and 15W wireless charging. In terms of software, the Galaxy S23 will run Android 13 with One UI 5 on top.

If the specs mentioned above hold up, it would mean that the Galaxy S23 will be very similar to its predecessor — something that has often been rumored over the past few months. In that case, the only two major upgrades will be the processor and the battery. With the former, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will represent a generational upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 that powers the S22, while the 3,900mAh battery would be a 200mAh improvement over the 3,700mAh unit in the current device.
