With Deep Silver's reboot of Saints Row finally hitting the masses on August 23, 2022, fans everywhere have begun to unlock the most effective cars in the action-adventure game. While many of the cars share the same signature ability, some rank far superior to others based on their balanced stat lines including speed, durability, handling, braking, and of course, a slew of customizable upgrades players can tune their rides with at JimRob's Chop Shop.

Whether looking for top-speed, destructive abilities, impenetrable frames, the ability to fly through the air, or eject from seats while driving, the best cars in Saints Row tend to offer a little something for every type of Saints Row player.

Attrazione

An Attrazione is displayed in Saints Row

Easily one of the fastest and coolest-looking cars in the popular open-world video game, the Attrazione is a must-have in Saints Row. The high-octane Supercar boasts top performance stats, nearly the highest max speed in the game, and solid durability. The only real drawback is that it performs poorly off-road. Luckily, most of the Santo Ileso map is city-based.

Aside from its speed and performance, the Attrazione leaves the competition in the dust thanks to its Infinite Boost signature ability, which uses a full nitrous burn to instantly refill nitrous, taking a full second off of any race or lap time. Players can find one in Marina West near the School of Art and Design. For those looking for the best bike with the same signature ability, the Kenshin-K is the way to go.

Fer De Lance

The original Saints Row car is back with a bang in the reboot, making the Fer de Lance a wise alternative to the Attrazione for players who want more than a nitrous boost. Boasting nearly identical speed, performance, and durability stats, the Fer De Lance joins a collection of vehicles that possess the awesome Jump signature ability.

By activating the Jump signature ability, players can literally hop and skip over rush-hour traffic, ensuring a momentous playthrough without being trapped in the streets by throngs of baddies looking to mow them down. Players can locate a Fer de Lance near the house south of the Woodbush Country Club in Monte Lista.

Phoenix

One of the sleekest-looking muscle cars in the highly anticipated 2022 PS5 game includes the Phoenix, a purple throwback ride that boasts a supremely balanced stat-line to go with its deadly signature ability. If raw power and deadly force is a quality that players prioritize in their cars, they can do a lot worse, especially since it fares better off-road than the slightly faster sports cars.

Aside from its excellent stats, the Phoenix joins a line of cars in Saints Row that possesses the lethal Ball & Chain signature ability, which literally leaves a wake of gory destruction in its path. As such, the Phoenix is ideal for players less interested in sightseeing and high acceleration and more focused on destroying their enemies.

Raycaster

A Raycaster is displayed in Saints Row

For those who enjoy thrill-seeking joyrides in Saints Row, the Raycaster is the car to find. While it won't be available until the end of the main campaign, those who obtain will realize how much the wait was worth it. That's because the car boasts nearly the same speed and handling as the Attrazione and Fer de Lance, and despite a hit in durability, performs better off-road.

However, the most badass quality of the Raycaster is its Ejector Seat signature ability that enables players to 86 any mission in a hurry. Whether engaging in deep-cover spy missions or simply out to get the heart-rate pumping with adrenalized action by soaring into the air and landing on a roof, players would be wise to cop a Raycaster at some point in the game.

Titan

A Titan jumps in the air in Saints Row

As every Saints Row fan knows, armor is the key to remaining safe whether in a car or on the street. For those looking for one of the beefiest and most impenetrable cars in the game that also boasts surprising speed and a wicked signature ability, accept nothing less than the Titan, an armored cash van. Fans must steal the Titan by finding the money bag icon on the map.

Once players do so, they can plow, bash, and maraud crowds of foes without being harmed and easily outrace other cars if forced to flee. The gnarliest aspect of the Titan is its vicious Kneecapers signature ability, which literally rips and tears opposing car tires and ligaments.

Marshall Skirmish

A driver shoots a turret from a Skirmish in Saints Row

While it may not look all that impressive, the Marshall Skirmish is one of the best and most affordable off-road cars to use in the beloved action-adventure PS5 game. Moreover, it has a powerful turret for those looking for extra firepower. Fairly common to find, the Skirmish comes with stock dirt tires ideal for off-roading while also boasting above-average speed and handling.

Beyond the bullet-shooting turret, the Skirmish also possesses the Crab Steering signature ability, which makes it very easy to change lanes at high speeds or parallel park with ease. Short of much pricier buggies, the Skirmish is perfect for rural missions that do not require paved roads.

Courser

A courser is displayed in Saints Row

Modeled after a 1990 BMW E36, the Courser is a 4-seat sedan that can be found near the hydroelectric damn in Rojas Desert South, not too far from the alien shooting gallery. Aside from balancing above-average speed, handling, and durability, the Courser is one of the cars that possess the awesome Super Air Control signature ability, which only requires three 360 spins to unlock.

Aerodynamically customizable with giant wing spoilers to help take bending corners at top speed, the Courser's Super Air Control also allows the car to do more aerial flips and dazzling stunt work. As such, it's ideal for fleeing enemies in a jam as well as joyriding through Santo Ileso at top speeds.

Bowelrod

A Bowelrod is displayed in Saints Row

Never mind the scary Tremors-like Graboid strapped to the hood, the Bowelrod is easily one of the most unique cars in Saints Row thanks to its exclusive signature ability. Strapped with a mattress on the bumper and pillows on the side doors, the makeshift SUV has giant tires ideal for off-road driving and enough speed to evade some faster cars in the game.

While it somewhat lacks in performance and durability, the Bowelrod is the only car in the game to boast the badass Bowelrod Roar, in which the worm atop the car screams so loudly that the sound will destroy enemies and deal a huge AoE damage rate. A perfect combat vehicle in any environment, players can unlock the Bowelrod by completing the Dustmoot, Castle Kracken, and Rod Warrior missions.

Vindicator

A Vindicator is displayed in Saints Row

The retro-futuristic look of the Vindicator Rocket Car is simply too cool to omit from the fray, especially since its upgrade kit includes tuning the car with the Infinite Nitrous signature ability to become one of the fast blazers in Saints Row. Ripped right out of a 1960s James Bond film, the super-fast car is adorned with shark fin wings and spoilers, rocket thrusters, a stingray-like nose, and huge tires ideal for four-wheel driving.

Players can unlock the Vindicator by finding all five missing tires in Badlands North and performing three nitrous boost challenges. The effort is certainly worth it as few cars mix top-speed with offroading aplomb as efficiently as the Vindicator, making it one of the most fun cars to drive in the game.

Heavyweight

A Heavyweight is displayed in Saints Row

While the Flying Dutchman is hard to resist, those looking for size, power, and superior off-roading ability need look no further than the Heavyweight, a mammoth monster truck that has ridiculously high speed, handling, and durability stats to go with his superior four-wheel drive abilities. Short of a military tank, the Heavyweight is a fortified death machine that will crush enemies on impact and explode vehicles with ease.

The great thing about the Heavyweight is that its signature Jump ability counters its massive size and weight and allows the behemoth to leap over cars in traffic and mash over smaller vehicles like a demolition derby. What's more, the skeletal facade is so terrifying it's bound to scare enemies away after a single glance. Players can unlock the Heavyweight by finding all five missing tires for Bones in Kavanaugh county and performing three barrel rolls.
