Ryan Reynolds releases yet another hilarious ad for his alcohol brand Aviation Gin, rewriting a classic Christmas poem in the process. The Deadpool star bought a stake in the gin company in 2018, and has since made it one of the most high-profile gins in the world, using his star power to produce a series of hilarious ads for the brand. He's also cross-promoted the brand with his movies in often surprising ways, most recently encouraging parents to imbibe Aviation while watching his family-friendly animated sequel The Croods: A New Age.

Reynolds also owns a mobile company, Mint, and has created an advertising company to produce ads for both brands, as well as a number of others. One of the more memorable third-party examples was an ad he produced for Match.com, which sees Satan fall in love with 2020. Reynolds has also used the ad company to continue with his long-standing fake feud with fellow superhero actor Hugh Jackman, producing commercials for the Australian's coffee brand, as well as some charity efforts the pair are involved in together. Now, his latest ad for Aviation rewrites a Christmas classic.

Just in time for that last-minute Christmas gift purchase, Reynolds has released an ad that itself seems to have been cobbled together at the last minute. Consisting of a bunch of stock footage mixed with shots from some of Aviation's older ads, the commercial features Reynolds narrating with an updated version of the classic Christmas poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas" by Clement Clarke Moore. Instead, this version encourages those who forgot to get Christmas presents for a loved one to take advantage of last-minute delivery services to get a gift bottle of Aviation in time for Christmas Day. The ad once again proves Reynolds' humor is perhaps even more suited to short commercials than it is to feature films. Not that the actor has to worry about getting roles, with a large number of upcoming projects on his plate. Not only will 2021 finally bring his long-delayed comedy Free Guy, but he's also due to star in The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard with Samuel L. Jackson and Salma Hayek. He's also recently wrapped filming on Netflix's Red Notice with Dwayne Johnson and Gal Gadot.

In fact, the actor looks to be so busy over the next two years it might affect the number of ads he can produce over that time. Hopefully he still manages to crank out these off-the-wall promos for Aviation, though, as they're a great example of the classic sarcastic Reynolds humor many movie audiences have come to love.
