Violet Chachki stopped by The Pit Stop with Trixie Mattel to talk about RuPaul's Drag Race season 13, and as expected, the season 7 winner threw quite a bit of shade. The fans got to know both Violet and Trixie on Drag Race season 7. That year was long considered one of the series' weakest seasons, but time proved all the haters wrong. In fact, many season 7 queens have gone on to become some of the most successful drag performers of the entire franchise. In hindsight, the level of talent and charisma on the show that year is nearly unmatched.

Nonetheless, many RuPaul's Drag Race fans still like repeating the tired label that season 7 had a very weak cast of queens. Over the years, people like Violet Chachki and Miss Fame have broken round and blurred the lines between the drag world and the fashion industry. Trixie Mattel has successful companies, solo tours, TV shows, books, albums, and is the second most-followed Drag Race contestant of all time, only behind Bianca Del Rio. Besides her projects with Trixie, Katya has gone on to star on major TV shows such as Hulu's Love, Victor, HBO's Room 104, and Netflix's Tales of the City. Jasmine Masters has become the undisputed meme queen of the world. And that's just a few names!

To review the Drag Race season 13 ball challenge on The Pit Stop, Trixie Mattel brought out the always fashionable and witty Violet Chachki. As expected, Violet threw some iconic shade. The season 7 winner started the shade with, "I wouldn't necessarily take Ms. 2 Ts as a threat either" and "There's something cute about her DIY, throw-it-together, 'I'm gonna wear a mom outfit and then do a split' thing." When Trixie said that some queens need a giant bag to make themselves look smaller, Violet replied: "I don't need it. My proportions are already correct."

Violet went on reviewing the latest ball challenge on RuPaul's Drag Race with an assessment on Elliott With 2 Ts' looks: "There's something charming about her sort of hodgepodge drag." The detail-oriented fashion queen also clocked that Tamisha Iman talked about wearing peacock feathers but instead wore ostrich feathers, which Violet deemed absurd. When asked about Kandy Muse's final runway look, Violet shook their head and uttered a decisive "No." You can watch this entire episode of The Pit Stop below.

The fans are loving season 13 of Drag Race so far. May the best drag queen will snatch the crown!
