Grammy-winning singer/rapper Lizzo is showing some love to RuPaul's Drag Race season 13 frontrunner Symone by wearing the queen's branded t-shirt. All season long, Symone has been leaving quite an impression on the judges and the fans. The queen started out the season on a very high note by joining the "Winners' Circle" team after she defeated Tamisha Iman in a lip sync to Janet Jackson's "The Pleasure Principle". Then, Symone won the first-ever maxi challenge of the season for her rumix performance of RuPaul's "Condragulations".
At this point, only six queens are left on RuPaul's Drag Race season 13, and Symone is the clearest frontrunner in the cast. The queen has won a total of four maxi challenges, proving that she's a versatile performer who can master fashion, comedy, acting, and performing. Tied for second place are Gottmik, Olivia Lux, and Rosé, who have each won two maxi challenges. They are not even close to Symone's overall track record on the show thus far, even if there is still some time for them to potentially catch up.
After getting praised by just about every celebrity in Hollywood (including Rihanna!), Symone is now getting a shout-out from "Truth Hurts" songstress Lizzo. As seen below, Lizzo shared an at-home photoshoot of herself wearing branded merch from Symone. The pictured t-shirt was made available when Drag Race season 13 premiered, as it features Symone's hair from her Meet The Queens video. The hair also includes Symone's signature nickname, "Ebony Enchantress."
Symone has been a breath of fresh air on RuPaul's Drag Race, particularly during a time like this when the entire world is facing a devastating pandemic and political turmoil. So far on the show, Symone has managed to be incredibly entertaining while also touching on very important topics and bringing up important causes like the Black Lives Matter movement. Furthermore, Symone just happens to look incredibly stylish and drop-dead gorgeous on every single runway, which never hurts on a show like Drag Race.
It seems like Symone can count on yet another huge star to root for her on RuPaul's Drag Race. Hopefully, we will be seeing a Lizzo and Symone collab sometime soon.
