Los Angeles queen Symone is ready to turn looks and conquer the runway of RuPaul's Drag Race season 13. There is a long history of L.A. queens being featured on the show. Oddly enough, however, there has only been a single Drag Race winner that represented Los Angeles during a regular season: Raja on season 3. Other than that, the fandom can look back at Alaska's win on All-Stars 2. Despite being a Pittsburgh queen on season 5, Alaska had already fully moved into her Los Angeles residence by the time that she came back for All-Stars.

Still, a 21-year-old L.A. queen known as Gigi Goode got very close to winning RuPaul's Drag Race season 12 in 2020, which means that no one should sleep on the California girls. More often than not, these queens bring a great sense of fashion and design to the competition, always impressing the judges with their unique creations and runway stunts. In recent years, it's also been refreshing for the fans to also see these fashion-forward drag performers slaying challenges that involve acting, comedy, and other skillsets. Now, the series is adding a brand-new fashion queen to the fold, and she did not come to play.

The fans can now officially welcome the gorgeous Symone, a.k.a. the Ebony Enchantress, to the RuPaul's Drag Race family. 25-year-old Symone is originally from Arkansas, but she's been working as a drag performer in L.A. for quite some time. She is friends with Drag Race season 12 finalist Gigi Goode, and much like her friend, Symone is a fashion queen who is ready to break conventions and play to win on every challenge. A quick scroll through Symone's Instagram profile will give the fans a good idea of her sense of fashion, style, and design. It's a fact that Symone is absolutely stunning, but it is her ability to wear a garment and sell a look that will truly make the fans pay attention to what she's serving up.

Now that she's made it onto Drag Race season 13, Symone will always be known by this iconic name. But that doesn't mean that Synome has always been her stage name. She was previously Delilah, then Eryka, but she ultimately landed on Symone, which felt just right. It is clear from her Meet The Queens interview that Symone came to slay the competition and take home the crown, so the other queens better beware.

Symone is getting her engines started to hopefully run a few laps on RuPaul's Drag Race season 13. We will definitely be keeping an eye on this fashion doll.
