Round Robin is a new Legendary Hand Cannon introduced into Destiny 2 with the Lightfall expansion. This craftable Strand gun is able to roll with two new Perks and has an Aggressive Frame. The weapon is optimized for long-distance shooting, with high damage, but suffers from high recoil. Round Robin performs well in both PvP and PvE content. Strand guns sit in the Kinetic slot, allowing Guardians to equip a powerful Special weapon, such as a Shotgun or Fusion Rifle.

Round Robin can be acquired in a myriad of ways, all requiring the purchase of the Lightfall. Public Events and the Terminal Overload activity on Neomuna are the most common ways of obtaining this Hand Cannon in Destiny 2. For the latter, Guardians will need to complete a series of steps and defeat each boss to get the reward chests. A Terminal Overload Key is required to open the locked chest and has a chance of dropping a Neomuna gun. By earning Reputation Ranks with Nimbus on Neomuna, one unique Terminal Overload weapon is guaranteed to drop each time a key is used. Additionally, each Neomuna Engram earned after Rank 30 will contain a Neomuna weapon.

How To Craft The Round Robin God Rolls

Destiny 2 Round Robin Hand Cannon God Roll Traits Intrinsic Perks

Guardians will need to collect and extract five Deepsight versions of the Round Robin to unlock the Pattern. After completing the Lightfall campaign, Nimbus will give players a few quests that will reward three Neomuna weapons. These are all Deepsight and the final gun received is the Round Robin. If completed on all three characters.

Guardians will have almost unlocked the Weapon Pattern in Destiny 2. The last way of earning a Deepsight Neomuna weapon is by completing a Heroic Patrol. Players can rarely find these activities when exploring the city. Heroic Patrols have the same symbols as regular Patrols, but they are in gold. Once the Pattern is unlocked, Guardians can craft the Round Robin God Rolls found below:

Kill Clip

Hand Cannons are a reliable weapon type Destiny 2's PvP because of their accuracy and ease of use. Round Robin has a mostly vertical recoil direction, so Guardians do not need Perks to control this stat. Corkscrew Rifling is the ideal Barrel, as this slightly increases range, stability, and handling speed. Ricochet Rounds bounce off hard surfaces and increase stability, while slightly increasing range.

The new Perk Keep Away is fantastic for Round Robin, as this increases reload speed, range, and accuracy when no combatants are in close proximity. This works well with Kill Clip, which buffs damage by 25% if the gun is reloaded after a kill. Players that wish to experiment with other Perk choices should check out a PvP review by True Vanguard on YouTube.

Hatchling

The PvE God Roll focuses on Strand in Destiny 2 with the new Perk Hatchling. Precision final blows or rapidly defeating targets non-precision weapons will spawn a Threadling at the target's location. This is fantastic for extra damage, as the Threadling will seek out targets by itself. Additionally, Round Robin's Origin Trait, Nanotech Tracer Rockets, sends on a micro-rocket upon landing multiple hits.

Guardians have multiple sources of additional damage with this Hand Cannon, without requiring any direct input or difference in gameplay. Bungie has said that expansion content will stay in the game. This means that there is no time constraint on acquiring Round Robin. However, all Guardians should add this amazing Hand Cannon to their arsenal in Destiny 2.
