Jen Shah is the resident bad girl of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and she is not worried about her future with Bravo, as the network plans to keep filming her after her arrest. This makes perfect sense to fans. Viewers know that this scandal will bring an unprecedented amount of drama to the franchise. Many people tune in just for the drama.

The 47-year-old and her "first assistant" Stuart Smith entered not guilty pleas when they appeared in the federal courthouse on April 2. Both have been charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing. Both were also charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering. Bravo filmed Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She was convicted of mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud and went to prison.  The network is planning on doing the same with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen. The housewife is currently out on a one million dollar bond and awaiting her trial.

The popular cable network's execs have decided to continue featuring Shah in the series. Bravo plans to make the federal fraud and money laundering charges a big part of RHOSLC season 2. This will include footage of her trying to ditch the film crew when she was about to be arrested. Page Six spoke with a source who told them that the network is still filming, even amid the ongoing legal drama. Naturally, the show's producers see the scandal as a great storyline. Viewers are curious to see how the arrest story unfolds, and fellow cast members have already weighed in by sharing what they know about the situation.

For many reality TV viewers, watching the scandal play out will be novel and dramatic. This is why it makes sense that Bravo plans to use as much footage as possible. Jen has every intention of filming with the group, so she and the network are on the same page. Andy Cohen is waiting to see how the drama evolves. He is telling listeners on his radio show that he hopes the allegations against Jen aren't true.

Bravo fans are not sure what to believe, but they do know that Shah is a hothead. She is again being called out, thanks to leaked audio that put her co-stars on blast. TV-wise, Bravo is making the right decision to continue to film Shah. However, morally, the decision is questionable. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 2 is bound to be memorable. Shah, whose husband has also faced backlash, will have her day in court, and also be tried in the court of public opinion.
