Jen Shah is speaking out against The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City co-star Jennie Nguyen's racially insensitive social media posts. Jennie's offensive Facebook posts resurfaced earlier this week. The newest cast member has since released an apology. Between Jen's shocking arrest, allegations against Mary Cosby's church and numerous feuds, RHOSLC season 2 has not skimped on the drama.

Jennie also found herself in a feud after Mary made racially insensitive comments towards her. That incident came very soon after the 49-year-old's offensive remarks while insulting Jen. Viewers applauded Jennie for speaking out at the time. However, since the resurfaced social media posts, the tides have drastically turned. Likewise, Jen made it clear that, despite their mutual experiences with Mary, she wants nothing to do with her co-star.

On Thursday, January 2o, Jen posted a statement to her Instagram page. Seemingly referring to her own controversies, Jen began by writing, "I rarely believe what I see or hear online. I know firsthand what it feels like to be judged without evidence or an admission of guilt." However, she added that this was different because Jennie already admitted the allegations were true. Jen wrote that she was speaking out on behalf of her husband, Sharrieff, and their children, who are African American. Never referring to Jennie by name, Jen continued, "It was infuriating to see her like and repost comments that made a mockery of and showed complete apathy towards those killed marching to bring awareness to the deep-seated social justice issues that plague our country." She also slammed her fellow cast member's apology, calling it "disingenuous." RHOSLC fans were also unimpressed with Jennie's apology, which allegedly contained some inaccuracies. Finally, Jen concluded her post by writing, "We have some real s*** to talk about."

While Jen is a controversial figure, her statement drew unanimous praise in the comments. Even Meredith Marks, who has been in a long, very intense feud with Jen, wrote, "Beautifully said." Her co-star replied, "Thank you," adding two heart emojis. Many commenters were shocked to see the mother of Brooks Marks say anything positive about Jen. Some wondered if this meant they made up. Others accused Meredith of having ulterior motives. However, one commenter wrote that it was "good to see they can put any issues aside for a worthy cause/reason. Definitely respect that from both." As a matter of fact, Meredith previously spoke out against Jennie's posts earlier this week.

Fans of the series will surely see Meredith and Jen discuss their long-held issues at the RHOSLC season 2 reunion. After all, the two have spent the entire season flinging accusations against each other. Jen having "some real s*** to talk about" with Jennie, however, will likely not be a part of those episodes. The three-parter was filmed days before the 44-year-old's insensitive posts were revealed. Nevertheless, it is set to be a very interesting reunion, especially since alleged cult leader Mary did not show up for filming.

After reports of her skipping the reunion came out, Mary seemingly implied she would not return for a third season. Considering the intense backlash to her posts, Jennie's status as a cast member is likely also on thin ice. It's also unclear whether or not Jen's legal troubles will impact her future in reality TV. One thing's for sure, though: the Salt Lake City ladies never fail to bring the drama on and off screen.
