Fans of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City are looking for any sort of sign that Jen Shah can redeem herself after her very public arrest. The controversial housewife has made the news multiple times for her bad attitude and bad choices.
Shah was released on a $1 million bail following her arrest in March. The mother of two wasted no time in taking to her Instagram to post photos in full glam with the hashtag #FreeJen. Shah was known by fans as the breakout star of the show as she became known for her anger-filled tirades and high fashion. But Shah managed to alienate all of the other women by the end of the season, thanks to her toddler-like meltdowns and questionable motives. These days, Shah spends most of her time dealing with the nasty lawsuit brought against her.
With all these legal issues surrounding her, fans are wondering if Shah will be able to somehow redeem herself. Many Bravo fans would argue that good people do bad things. The mother of two was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. From 2012 until her arrest, the charges allege that Shah, Stuart Smith, and others from her Shah Squad ran a telemarketing scheme that defrauded elderly people by selling lead lists.
Shah truly needs to work on her interpersonal skills since she has already done so much damage, thanks to her outbursts. Shah has always maintained her innocence, but fans feel she could do more to help her case. Many are uncomfortable with her constant posting on social media and feel she should have been humbled by this situation. Others think the idea of her cousin starting a fundraising page for her was absurd. The fundraiser claimed the Shahs were struggling to pay their legal bills and they needed help, but fans were not buying it. It seems the best way that Shah can truly make amends is by telling the truth and truly apologizing for whatever wrong she may have done.
