Leah McSweeney and Heather Thomson's argument seemed to start due to a handful of miscommunications. The Real Housewives of New York City housewives have been at each other's throats, and fans want their feud explained.

McSweeney joined the ladies of the Big Apple last season and has made quite an impression. Bravo fans loved her freshman season and her tiki tirades. The mother of one has been open about her bipolar disorder and is currently lashing out at Ramona Singer for always having an issue with how she speaks. The Married to the Mob star has made it perfectly clear she is not changing for anyone, even Heather Thomson. Thomson had recently taken a step back from the franchise but was ready to make her fateful return.

Bravo viewers just watched tensions run high as Thomson and McSweeney butted heads after a very heated political discussion. McSweeney was sharing how she was not a fan of either political party but would, in the end, vote for Joe Biden if she diced to use the right that so many women fought for. Thomson merely pointed out that to make the change, she would have to vote, and that is when the fireworks erupted.

To many fans, it feels like their differences started when McSweeney found out that Thomson had spoken about her voting opinion. The New Yorker stormed into the entry hall in an outrage yelling and shouting, “You are white feminism 101, you are the f–king problem." She went on to tell her that she is the problem and not to talk about anything she does or says. She continued yelling and calling her a "Karen." Fans noted that McSweeney had reserved feelings about meeting the Yummie founder, and it seems her gut intuition wasn’t wrong. McSweeney had felt uncomfortable with the fact that the fashion guru had openly talked about most of the women in a negative light on her podcast and questioned why she was invited out to the Hamptons, to begin with.

Back in March, it came to light that Thomson would not be continuing with the season after she alleged the CEO assaulted her. Evidently, the altercation was the reason she stopped filming with the women since their dynamic was just not working. Fans got a sneak peek and know that McSweeney has left the girls trip early to go be with her sick grandmother. Will the two RHONY housewives ever resolve things? At this point, it's difficult to say.
