Leah McSweeney from The Real Housewives of New York City recently attended a fashion show with pop culture icon Lil' Kim. Fans may remember the rapper from her one-sleeved sheer purple jumpsuit VMA look, but she is so much more than her 1999 attire. Leah has her own urban look, which she's done well monetizing, and it only made sense that the two ladies sat together at the event.

When fans of the Bravo series first met Leah in her freshman season on RHONY, the Married to Mob CEO came out swinging thanks to some annoying tiki torches and a night skinny dipping in Ramona Singer's pool. Leah impressed the show's fans since she was able to hold her own against the Singer Stinger and Dorinda Medley. Leah also had the knack to make herself vulnerable as well as relatable as she shared stories about her past. Leah's unabashed honesty won The Real Housewives of New York City fans over.

Leah, who was once a huge fan of Lil' Kim, got the privilege of sitting in the front row with her role model at a recent fashion show, according to Page Six. The famed New York Fashion Week has been going on this week, and designer Christian Siriano's show kicked off the 2021 festivities. The Real Housewives of New York City fans will recall Leah first revealed her love for everything Lil' Kim when she sported a design by Rxch, which had the artist's mug shot all over a tube top dress. Leah made a statement when she walked into Sonja Morgan's own fashion show wearing the outfit.

Leah rocked a pair of see-through onyx fringe pants and a matching topcoat. Underneath, the fashion designer wore a "Siriano Mom" T-shirt. This past year, Leah also told Paper magazine that she was lucky enough to have broken bread with Lil' Kim too. Leah and Lil' Kim were not the only two famous faces near the runway. Around them sat stars like  Alicia Silverstone, Katie Holmes and Kristin Chenoweth.

The Real Housewives of New York City has ended for the season, and while it was not the most exciting series to date, the ladies got the job done. Leah, for her part, still fought with Ramona and worked on converting to Judaism. She also helped bring on newcomer Eboni K. Williams. Maybe Leah will be able to put in a good word for Lil' Kim to hold a golden apple one day.
