After the release of Luis Ruela's odd warrior camp video, fans are starting to believe he isn't the right guy for The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. Luis met Teresa during the summer of 2020, shortly before her divorce was finalized with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice. They were first spotted together in November 2020 when Luis had his arm around the reality star while watching one of her daughter's soccer games. In December 2020, Teresa and Luis confirmed their relationship on Instagram.
While RHONJ fans have not seen much of Luis on TV, he will be joining her in the upcoming season 12, which is set to premiere on February 1. However, viewers did get to see a bit of him during the RHONJ season 11 reunion and in Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Even though Teresa raves about Luis, fans are starting to notice some red flags about him, including the creepy video that is going viral online.
In June 2021, a video surfaced on Reddit of Teresa's fiancé Luis around a group of shirtless men, expressing his love seemingly to his ex-girlfriend and possibly the mother of his children. In the video, Luis, who is inseparable from Teresa, promises to propose to this unknown woman and bring their families together. The men in the background of the video and the man behind the camera are heard encouraging Luis to speak from his heart and not his "brain." Luis then apologizes to the woman for making "mistakes" and for not speaking his "truth." The man behind the camera then tells Luis to feel the unknown woman's "pain" and promise to take action. Reddit users had a lot to say in the comment section, many of who were shocked and disturbed by the video. One fan said the video reminded them of the "beginning of an episode of Dateline."
Another fan likened Luis' speech in the video to that of the controversial religion Scientology. A few other users urged Teresa, who is engaged to Luis, to get out of this relationship as quickly as possible as they perceive this video as a huge red flag. Not only does the video look very recent, but the fact that Teresa is about to marry someone who recorded something like this is troubling. Another user even commented on why there are so many men behind Luis. "Why are they all there? This guy is a weird dude," they added. At first, one user believed this was a video for Teresa. This could be possible; however, fans would question Teresa's decision to accept a proposal from him if the video was for her.
Many of The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are hoping Teresa sees the red flags and breaks off her engagement with Luis. While no one wants to "pop her love bubble," Teresa shouldn't be blind to the red flags she has experienced in the past. The viewers only want the best for her, and Luis is not what she needs.
