The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been unlucky when it comes to selling her Montville, New Jersey, home and has slashed the asking price for the third time. The Bravo celebrity has been trying to sell her and her ex-husband Joe Giudice's marital home since 2020. The property was first listed in September 2020 for $2.5 million and later reduced to $2.248 million in January 2021. However, slashing the price wasn't enough to get the property off her hands. Even the building's magnificent structure hasn't been able to capture a serious buyer.

Although the house has not been sold, it is undoubtedly a fantastic structure with stunning features and sights to explore. Teresa's million-dollar property covers about 10,000 square feet and is located on almost four acres of land. The stone and stucco building boasts six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a formal dining room and a gourmet chef's kitchen, consisting of a center island, stainless steel appliances and a butler's pantry. The inner front door with sculpted wings leads to a black marble floor and a two-story foyer with a double staircase.

Despite being an incredible sight to behold and a perfect palace for any family, the reality star must be wondering what she must do to sell the property. Desperate to get the house off her hands, Teresa also changed her real estate agents from Joshua Baris of Coldwell Banker Realty to Michelle Pais of Signature Realty. Still, that didn't help matters. However, Teresa remains determined to sell the property. According to the New York Post, the mother of four has decided to reduce the property's price for the third time to $2 million.

Teresa's decision to sell her longtime marital home is part of her plan for a new beginning after her divorce from ex Joe. During a confessional in the latest season of RHONJ, she said, "It's hard for me to sell the house. [My ex-husband] Joe and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home." However, she also noted, "I am ready for a new beginning. I'm looking for a fresh start." Meanwhile, amid searching for a buyer, Teresa has moved in with her fiancé, Luis Ruelas, to a $3.35 million property.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's home is evidently wow-worthy, and many fans don't understand why it is difficult to sell. Hopefully, after slashing the price for the third time, a desperate Teresa will find a buyer. However, amid all the stress of coming up with plans to get the property off her hands and dealing with the disappointment of not being able to do so, it is good Teresa is spending time with her fiancé in their new home. Her fans can only hope she is eventually successful in unloading her longtime marital home.
