The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga is opening a brand new version of Envy, the clothing store she's been involved with for the past several years. Originally located in Montclair, New Jersey, Gorga opened the first version of the boutique with the help of her husband Joe, who makes his living in the construction business. Joe, who famously resisted Melissa's aspirations to work outside of the home, had some difficulty accepting her involvement in the business, but eventually got on board.

The store, which opened in 2015, has been featured quite prominently on the series over the years, but experienced some growing pains in 2017, when Gorga and her business partner Jackie Beard Robinson couldn't overcome creative and organizational disagreements. Robinson ended up selling her stake and dissolving the partnership. After leaving with all the inventory and some of the store's fixtures, the boutique closed for a period before Gorga reopened the shop, which was met with an onslaught of supportive fans and customers.

The Gorgas, who are building a new home in Franklin Lakes, took the opportunity to move the family business to Ridgewood. In advance of its grand opening this week, Bravo reported on some of the details of the new store. Both the outside and the inside are festooned with dramatic florals and the inside has an aesthetic similar to the original Envy but amped up. The space, which is twice as big as the former incarnation, will sell clothing that is suited for all of life's activities, including date nights, nights out with the girls, and beachwear.

Melissa has been teasing the grand opening on her Instagram accounts along with a few photos of the store's decor. Green velvet chairs, white paneled walls, and grey flooring are all featured, along with a sign that says, "Be Your Own Kind Of Beautiful." Gorga, whose personal style is the inspiration for the store, aims to please every customer. After her reopening in 2017, her business chops were tested and she told northjersey.com at the time that. "I am the buyer for the store, I decorated the store, and I really tried to make sure we had something for everyone." So being able to reopen all on her own this time around has to be satisfying.

As her children get older and she continues her tenure on the show, the new location is likely to find a fresh customer base in its larger venue. Melissa, who has always been passionate about fashion, seems to have finally secured the full support of her husband with her business venture. Hopefully, viewers of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey will be treated to some glimpses of the newer, bigger, better version of Envy in future episodes.
