There might be more trouble brewing between Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice after The Real Housewives of New Jersey star skipped his sister's housewarming party. Teresa recently hosted a lavish gathering to celebrate the home she and Luis Ruelas purchased together last year. The housewarming is a huge milestone for the happy couple ahead of their upcoming wedding. Teresa hasn't been letting any of her friends or family burst the "love bubble" she has with Luis and fights to the end to defend her fiancé.
Teresa took aim at Margaret Josephs throughout RHONJ season 12 after Margaret asked questions about Luis' past. By the time the reunion was filmed, Teresa came locked, loaded and ready to go to verbal warfare with anyone suspicious of her fiancé. The drama spilled over to Melissa Gorga, who has a long, scarred history with Teresa. The two sisters-in-law ended up admitting to not hanging out much outside of filming together. Teresa sent Joe storming off the set when she said that her brother was a "b****." Melissa and Joe have continued bad-mouthing Teresa in podcasts and interviews since the reunion aired.
Now amid filming for RHONJ season 13, Teresa hosted s housewarming party that Joe reportedly skipped out on. The Bravo Housewives fan page on Instagram shared a post revealing claims that Joe missed Teresa's housewarming after a fight with Luis at a recent boys' night event. Things reportedly got so heated between Joe and Luis that Joe refused to attend Teresa's housewarming. It's the second reported heated exchange Joe has gotten into recently after he was filmed berating one of his tenants, who was late paying their rent. Joe is known for speaking his mind with emotion and lashing out when he doesn't feel heard.
RHONJ season 12 even saw Joe get into it with his niece Gia Giudice. With Luis joining the picture, Joe is tasked with trying to get to know his new brother-in-law. But there were signs of a possible future showdown between the two men when Joe warned Luis about his protection of his family. Teresa is happy with Luis and does not allow anyone to mess up their happy home. With her four daughters and Luis' two sons, the couple has done a good job at combining their big, blended family into one house. Joe choosing to skip the housewarming likely means Melissa missed the event as well.
With all the pre-existing family drama from RHONJ season 12 carrying over into the new season, it was bound for Joe and Luis to bump heads. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fans will have to wait and see how everything plays out. But from the looks of it, Teresa and Joe are back to their sibling rivalry that has been seen on the show since season 3. Hopefully, Teresa and Joe make peace before the wedding day approaches. Joe is her only sibling and the only man in her life she likely wants to walk her down the aisle.
