Lisa Hochstein's divorce from Lenny Hochstein is getting ugly, with The Real Housewives of Miami star accusing him of threatening her in front of their kids. Lenny has made it abundantly clear that he no longer desires to be married to Lisa. After 12 years of marriage, Lenny filed to dissolve their marriage last month. He also wasted no time moving on with his new girlfriend, Katharina Mezapa.

Lenny and Lisa had already sparked divorce rumors prior to the filing following a nightclub showdown between the divorcing pair and Katharina. Lisa brought Larsa Pippen along to confront Lenny and Katharina at Miami hotspot Gala. Eyewitnesses say things escalated, words were exchanged, and a drink was thrown. Unfortunately for fans, the cameras weren't rolling when the melee transpired. But Lisa is set to open up about the messy divorce in RHOM season 5.

Now amid the divorce, Lisa and Lenny are apparently at war over her removal from the $52 million Miami mansion they have been living in together. Lisa recently filed court documents obtained by the U.S. Sun where she accuses Lenny of threatening and berating her so badly that she was forced to flee the family home. Lisa requested exclusive use and possession of the lavish mansion and wants to stop Lenny's unannounced visits. The filing accuses Lenny of exposing his new girlfriend to their son and daughter, "which is detrimental to the best interests of minor children," the documents stated. Lisa went on to accuse Lenny's girlfriend of acting "in a manner that would be seen as injurious to the minor children."

Since filing for divorce, Lenny has made additional filings in an effort to get Lisa out of the home. In his filing, Lenny offered to pay for another home where Lisa could live comfortably with their children. Lenny agreed to either purchase Lisa a $3.5 million home or rent a luxury residence "for a reasonable period of time." But Lisa made it clear that she doesn't want to leave the $52 million estate she's been living in for the past decade. In Lisa's filing, she also denied dating anyone and said she is remaining "loyal" to Lenny, "even though the husband filed this divorce unannounced and without the wife's knowledge." Lisa wants the courts to establish a temporary parenting plan that will grant her "safeguards and parameters" in the form of exclusive possession of the marital home and for Lenny to pay her attorney's fees.

As Lisa's messy divorce continues, she is also filming The Real Housewives of Miami season 5. Viewers will get an inside look at how Lisa is handling the divorce when the new season airs later this year. Lisa isn't the first housewife to go through a divorce, and she'll likely receive tons of support from her co-stars who have been in her shoes. Fans saw how hard Lisa worked to keep Lenny happy, to no avail. She will have to open up about her heartbreak after the end of season 4 revealed Lenny's past "emotional affair." Now Lenny has a new woman in his life and wants Lisa out.
