The Real Housewives Of Miami star Alexia Echevarria's eldest son is in trouble with the law, again. Longtime fans of the show know that Peter Rosello, 29, has had legal issues before. His first skirmish with the law resulted after his vicious attack on a homeless man in 2012 and the following year he was arrested for possession of marijuana. Echevarria's sons have both been the source of terrible grief over the years. Her younger son, Frankie was in a horrendous car accident in 2011 and spent three months in a coma to reduce brain swelling prior to regaining consciousness. Peter is an entirely different story.

Rosello has exhibited a violent streak more than once. In 2012, he videotaped himself assaulting homeless man Gary Lee Brown as he slept on a sheet of cardboard. Rosello announced his intentions of "punching a hobo in the nuts," (an act that he apparently found humorous) just prior to slamming his closed fist down on the victim's groin. Posting the video on his Facebook page and responding to criticism with comments such as, "It’s funnyyyyyyyy" proved his undoing and resulted in swift follow-up by law enforcement and an arrest for battery. For her part, the recently remarried Echevarria virtually dismissed the episode by stating that her son is "just a good kid who made the wrong choice at that time."

This time, Rosello's alleged violent outburst was directed at his girlfriend of three months. According to Page Six, the couple returned home after a night out and she expressed a desire to stay at her mom's house rather than their shared apartment. This preference allegedly resulted in Rosello becoming "upset" to the point where he assaulted her. The attack is reported to have included slapping, kicking, and putting a knee to her crotch. The latter is said to have sent the victim to the ground, where Rosello then kicked her. Echevarria, who famously dismissed "the lower people" in the first iteration of RHOM, has been a staunch defender of her son.

The young woman, having attempted to escape more than once during the incident, finally caught the attention of a neighbor who was able to pull her into their apartment prior to summoning the authorities. This Good Samaritan, listed in the police report as a witness, described a scene where they watched Rosello "pull the victim inside of the apartment as she was trying to free herself from his grip." The young woman displayed visible signs of the attack in the form of redness on her face and neck. She also reported pain in her groin area. She was treated at the scene and Rosello was arrested.

Making "wrong choices" appears to be a habit for Rosello. Echevarria responded to Peter's previous arrest by defending her son, but she as of yet has not made a statement about the most recent incident. Viewers of The Real Housewives Of Miami likely know that Alexia will always defend her sons, but this time he might have crossed a line.
